This location is the BEST of the BEST!...Fresh, hot appetizing food, fast, friendly service. The staff is not only proficient but honest. I left my purse (in which was a designer bag with matching wallet a 800.00 value) five hundred dollars plus CASH,.major bank cards, work ID. We called at a busy time and they took the time to go look for it after I arrived home. Chris found it!..They picked up my purse and secured it for me until I could go back and get it. We have always enjoyed eating there and will recommend them highly and will go out of our way to give them the business!....The food is delicious - fresh - and hot!!!..We also like the healthier menu with sweet potato fries and green beans!...From the store manager and five staff members greeted me when I arrived 30 min later...Chris certainly does deserve a reward and I give them FIVE STAR RATING!

Managers have no respect for their employees . The cashiers who speak Spanish will talk bad about the cooks knowing some of them dont speak spanish. I used to work at this habit . Food was always good, but majority of the people who work here are rude ,and disrespectful . Tried really hard to move up in my position but no matter how hard I tried or how many times I asked after working with them for 6 months never got moved up. Its not customers first , treat your employees with respect then your employees will be more then happy to treat customers with respect. This place needs new management asap.

This place is ok. Nothing special in terms of wow factor. If your highlight is serving burgers it needs to wow me. Not sure why reviews are so good here. I can get a better burger at 5 guys, in and out, and a few others. Dont get me wrong..it isnt bad. Just not really too impressive. Had the mushroom char burger. Unfortunately shredded lettuce was the star of my burger. Bun was a seasame seed store bought type. Had a side of onion rings. Pretty decent actually. Better than my burger. I would try it again. Just not in the near future.

Here right now... ask young lady if she would clean table.. She said "sure "then went to talk to her friends..at a table in front of us... then slowly made her way to get her cleaning cloth...then proceeded to clean every table but ours.. I asked her politely again if she would clean our table.. she reluctantly proceeded to wipe our table with the dirty cloth she used to clean the last 5 tables...then went back to talk to her friends... This is the first time Ive been treated this way...at the Habit

The burgers were very good. I had the charburger and liked it a lot. The onion rings are also very good. The fries were rather bland though. My kids were mixed on their meals. My 8 year old loved her cheeseburger, but the other two did not like the grilled cheese at all. Although we didnt have any this trip, the shakes and sundaes looked awesome. Well try those next trip. Overall, good food and very good prices.

The California Burger was good enough... nothing special. Just another place to grab a $10 burger meal. CS was lacking in special, too. 3 employees at the order counter, 1 customer and they still couldnt manage to stay focused. Probably not going to spend my $ there again, too many other options like 5 Guys, In & Out, SmashBurger - theyre all the same for food quality - its the CS that can be rated most accurately.

Absolutely disgusting on how you allow your managers disrespect your own staff to a point that a customer can hear you! Are you kidding me! Im standing here waiting and i can hear a young black female manager cussing and bossing her (what appears to be) her only cook st the moment. What kind of person takes an pride in talking like this to anyone! Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Im beyond pissed to hear this!

I normally eat at The Habit Burger Grill on McClintock and Guadelupe, and I love that place. I got my normal order at this site, and Im fairly confident that this is NOT the same meat or fries used as the other location. It was the worst burger Ive eaten in quite awhile. It tasted like it was a frozen patty. Later that night, everything came back up... and out both ends. Will never eat at this location again.

I felt bad for the new girl working the cash register. You could tell she was new, and the 2 Spanish speaking female cooks were not being very nice or professional to her. They were saying nasty things about her and customers, I know this because I actually speak some Spanish. The food was good

Dont let the long line stop you. They are very quick in getting your order and very efficient and getting it out. With all that speed you would think there would be mistakes but of all the times Ive eaten at the Habit my meal has been perfect! Temperature just right food just right. Yum.

My burger was raw...inedible and I got it to go..called to let them know...was told there are no phones in the stores, so she would leave a message for someone to get back with me. Thats ridiculous service...and the got the rest of the order wrong too! Absolutely horrible!

In the category of burger-fry joints, this one is pretty awesome! The food tastes great, the service proved quick and courteous. I liked that I could get a lettuce wrap instead of bun and three tea offerings, sugar free, were available. Thanks!

The whole family loves the burgers, fries, and onion rings here. There are a few places with slightly better burgers, and a few places with slightly better fries, but no one place has better fries AND burgers together.

I eat Habits most healthy option (a caesar salad with tri-tip or tuna) once or twice a week, and its fantastic. When not eating like a bird, the tri-tip sandwich on sourdough is great, and so are the milkshakes.

I cant believe Ive only recently discovered Habit, but Im glad I did. The food is wonderful, and I especially love the onion rings. Excellent flavor, comfortable setting, and great service. Love it.

The hamburgers are ok, a little over cooked and dont have a lot of flavor, the garden takes up a lot of real estate and the bottom half of the bun is bigger than usual. Fries arent that great.

Good char flavor on the burgers, fresh accompanyments/garnishes, good fries. Eaten here several times, havent had a bad meal yet. Its quick serve, not fast food. Great bang for the buck!

The burgers are pretty good. They try to have a gourmet feel to the the place and it works for the most part. It is always clean, restrooms included. On the weekends it tends to get busy.

Waldorf salad was excellent, burger was seasoned just right, very flavorful, fries tastes clean, not greasy. Definitively will go back :-)
