This place is terrible , worst customer service I have ever experienced. We had a party of 6 a meal was missed and my friends dinner which she had ordered off the menu was made with red meat and it should have been chicken. She is allergic to red meat. No proper apology was ever given to this. Even with this mistake of they still decided to charge for her appetizer after her. On top of this we waited quite a while for food to be served and another appetizer was missed Once we got our bill we noticed more errors which took forever to fix. I would not reccomend coming to this restaurant. If you like slow service with confused smiles visit this establishment. I understand that no one is perfect and people make mistakes but when an establishment can make this many mistakes and still choose to charge people for their food after it is a disgrace. Your honestly better off buying some pizza pops and frozen lasagna.

Argh... first impressions... Walked in the door around 8pm on a S-A-T-U-R-D-A-Y... NIGHT... and let me tell ya, it was hella loud son. Like, The Metro nightclub in Riverside, three decades ago loud. Like you have to yell at a girl to ask her to dance loud. However, the iced tea was wonderfully tropical, and I should know, just coming from the tropics. I ordered the eggplant parm, because I love it, and can usually tell if a place is going to be good by how it turns out. Fact: Carlo & Emilies has a great eggplant parm. Even Buca has a pretty good eggplant parm... but not these guys. It also came with fettuccine and red sauce, topped with a croissant. Yeaaaah, like my mom used to make... from a canned sauce. Granted, I should walk away with a lesson learned, but Ill return to try the pizza... next time with earplugs.

I was stoked to eat here before a night out as I have been to the other locations and have loved it! Well, the food was still what I know and remember, but the service was awful. There was a group of about 10 of us and we came in pretty late. The place was pretty empty and we were there for two hours! Everything was extremely slow and it took them 45 minutes to get us our checks, and even then they werent right. They didnt even send a manager over to apologize for the bad experience. Needless to say, I will continue to return to the other locations to get my pizza fix, but dont think I will find myself here again.

Only came here to order and take out dessert, slow night even for a new years eve night with only few tables with patrons. Two bar tenders too busy counting money even though one saw me. A third employee looked at me didnt acknowledge or alert others at least, then she walked away. Finally someone took the order. Cannolis are finger width and only 2-3", Tiramisu was OK but even olive garden had better taste and quality. La Famiglia had the best food, more authentic and actually native Italian family owned.

Pizza was out of this world. Got the eggplant and mozz pizza (dont remember the name, but it was awesome. Personal slices were huuuuge. Our waiter seemed like he was a little new to serving, so it was a little awkward, but service was good overall. I absolutely recommend this place for a nice slice of deliciousness if youre on downtown chandler. Oh, and as for the people saying the pizza looked phallic? Have you ever seen a slice of pizza? Come on you pervs, it looks like pizza.

Well...Several people in my party received food that was not efficiently cooked. Hmmm I had not noticed because I swallowed mine hole. Bad idea...Chicken heart healthy Rollitini - Ya...They fed me raw chicken. 2 days of chills crazy stomach cramps and oh..um...explosive horrid, uncontrollable, diarrhea! This was sat august 13 2016 -WHO WAS THE COOK? (Lunch Time) They made me do it- now they should take their restaurant and blow it out their donkey!!!!!

I come here at least once a week, and i have taken all of my family and friends here. I love the Artichoke and Burrata appetizer and you cant go wrong with the Penne alla Vodka. Others Ive gone with love the Rigatoni Sausage pasta and pizza and chicken dishes. Basically everything is delicious. Great service and Ive never had to wait!

Friendly wait staff with quick moves. The food is excellent and generously portioned, please come hungry. Most of the menu features traditional Italian dishes that will impress. Nothing special on the cocktail menu but the staples are there, a dog friendly patio makes room for the whole family to enjoy.

Great drinks, food, and service. We came here with a larger party, the accommodated accordingly and everything was top notch. Highly recommended if youre looking for a nice night out without breaking the bank. Dont forget to check out their speakeasy downstairs for a drink afterwards.

Overpriced pizza but I think its the area that makes it higher. Asked for a cheese pizza for my kids to go, wound up with pepperoni and you arent even able to take it off and I didnt have time to go exchange it for ask why. 45 min wait was bad enough. Not thrilled with this place.

So here is the deal. I want to like it because it looks good and I have friends who rave about it. Ive had issues with staff and food. So this time I tried take out. Just not worth the extra cost at all. There is better Chandler pizza for less. Most of my ratings are 4-5 stars

Great pizza and good service so I highly recommend this place. The Palermo pizza on with whole grain crust (and chicken) is absolutely amazing. Checkout the my photo if youre curious what it looks like. Unlike most pizza joints, you dont feel bloated or sick after eating here.

This was my first Crust experience, and while we havent been back since, we had a really good time. We went for a media event, and got a chance to sample several menu items including appetizers, salads and pizza. Good vibe, and walking distance from SanTan. So theres that!

The Ostrich Speakeasy located below Crust is in a nutshell, chandler trying to capture the allure of Phoenixs upscale bohemian nightlife. Fantastic cocktails and a vintage vibe paired with a bit of an older crowd. Definitely a place worth checking out.

We had great service and the pizza was hot and with a good taate. Fresh brewed ice tea was nice. The ceiling fan above our table was on high and upon request, our server turned it down. Plenty of parking. I would come back and recommend to others.

I just wish I could give it more stars, from the phone call to ask about reservations to the seating to the way Michael took care of my grandkids my wife and I the food was over-the-top the service with a solid 10 I definitely will be back

This place puts too much garlic on everything. If you like garlic, it is the place for you. The place is very noisy on Friday nights and that is without the football game on. Very hard to carry on a conversation. Service was good.

The service was awkward, the flavors were off, and the execution on the food was embarrassing for a professional kitchen. Phallic shaped pizzas with way too many toppings to even bake properly, let alone look appetizing.
