I have never been at a slower panda express. Ive had to wait at a PE before (specifically at this location) but waiting for 30 min when there were only 2 people ahead of us definitely tops it all. I ordered a family feast and was told 6 mins for shanghai steak and broccoli beef. It was another 10+ minutes before we paid and still another 15+ min before we finally received our food. During that time we saw everything else come out, including stuff that wasn’t even out yet. And every customer that came after us, come in and out. Their idea of making it right was offering us a free order of $1.90 rangoons. To top it all off, the new employee serving us didnt fill any of the boxes all the way. I had to ask for two of them to be filled. By the time the steak finally came out, I was too pissed to remember to check if it was full and of course it was not. And the steak costs an extra $3.75. I’ve worked in customer service and fast food, and when you see customers standing around and you know they’re waiting, you don’t just ignore them when they’re obviously getting upset. Especially if you’re the manager. You should be lighting a fire under the cooks and asking what’s taking so long. I frequently eat PE and will not be coming back to this location Unfortunately google wont let me post without giving at least 1 star but 0 is what they deserve.

Drive-thru service is HORRIBLE!!! The lady (supposly in charge) handed both of my drinks to me stacked one on top of each ,making one of them fall when I grab them. Then when I went to put the other cup in the cup holder it spilled everywhere because the lid wasnt fully on. When I told her the cup wasnt sealed correctly, so now my floor is soaked. The lady said "dont blame me for me because your having a bad day its not my fault". It took everything for me not to freak out on her.I asked for her Mananger thinking she would go get someone .Instead she closed the drive-thru window and started talking crap to the other girl who was prepping my food.Mind you at this point the other employee is laughing and rolling her eyes as she is repeating what happened to me. Then she opens the drive-thru window show me 2 new sodas plushes on the lids like a smarts and hands me with some napkins .Mind you my sleeves are soaked fron the spilt soda along with my floor board.Then she hands me my food and tells me the manager I ask for 5 minutes before wasnt there and she was in charge.I told her I would be calling corporate tomorrow. I left so pissed ,then when I get home after spending $29 on food and tasted over fried, dried orange chicken. Everything time I come here there is something wrong. Never coming back!!!

I go here because its close....but constantly get ripped off on portions. Judge for yourself, ordered a 3 item entree with 2 entrees of orange chicken and 1 entree of egg rolls then side of chow mein. Get home and find they gave me two small scoops of the bottom unsauced orange chicken...1 freaking egg roll and a decent size chow mein. I go to other locations and when I order an entree of egg rolls I get 2 and a much more insane portion of orange chicken. This is the only location I have problems with...

Online ordering is a joke. My food is never ready before I get there. I understand theyre busy sometimes and so Ill go 10 minutes after it says and every time the clerks are scrambeling to get my order ready. I co,front them about it and all they got are excuses. Food quality is never persistent. Sometimes its great and other times its dry or hard to chew. Its a great opportunity for Panda Express to fix this location as its the only one around.

I came in later at night and the service was quick and the food didnt taste like it had been sitting out since dinner rush or anything like that. Only knocked off one star because there were a few dirty table that easily could of been clean based off the few number of customers at the time.

While the food is as good as any location and the employees are friendly, they are severely understaffed and it can take almost an hour to complete an order which often times comes out incorrectly. The place should be better staffed in order to meet the amount of traffic it receives.

This place keeps on getting worse everytime. The food its ok but for what you pay you expect a full plate the portions are very stingym. When you ask to get more and fill your plate right the they respond but telling you that they will charge you extra. Not coming back at all!!!

This place has great service for the most part. Ive only had one unpleasant experi ence with the fire chicken breast being old but they replaced my meal. Other than that, the food is great and they are pretty friendly and they keep their establishment pretty clean.

This place keeps getting worst and worst. I will no longer go to this panda express. Cant get a simple order right and food quality has dropped alot since my first visit. I dont recommend anybody coming to this location. Go somewhere else!

The servers are particularly stingy at this location so dont go if youre super hungry. The quality is good and its a nice, fresh new restaurant building. I wont go back to this one because they dont give you enough food to fill you up.
