Food was good, but they totally butchered the order. 3 subs, all of them wrong...we requested that they not put something on a sub, then it was on there, and vice versa...a philly cheesesteak sub didnt have any cheese... HOW do you mess that up!? I checked the receipt and we ordered everything correctly online. They also didnt give me my side salad I paid extra for. I had never been to Firehouse Subs before, and they put everything in a big paper bag, so I stupidly assumed they got my order right and didnt bother emptying everything out to double check. Didnt realize til I had left and gone back to work that everything was wrong. Wont go back, and I dont recommend going to this location. P.S., they werent very busy, so there really is no excuse.

Ohhhkay, so you have to try this if you are feeling daring enough to consume a full pound of brisket. Add double meat to their SMOKEHOUSE BEEF & CHEDDAR BRISKET for a $18-ish price-tag of cheddary-beefy-goodness with a smokey, but epically-salty-mash. Get it on wheat bread for a heartier flavor, pairing it with some of their hot sauce that they leave out for consumption (anything at least a 5 on their heat scale will do the trick). You will not be disappointed, not even in the least bit! It will actually fill you up no matter how high you think your metabolism is! You should really hydrate before, during, and after to fight the “i-tis” ya feel me? Okay go forth n get rekt 3.8 / 5 for rapid-fire-overindulgence

Usually the service is great. Ive been to more then 3 locations. Went to this one tonight for my birthday and when the server came right to me an handed me my order. I left. Drove over 8 miles to get there. And 8 miles back and they gave me the wrong sandwich. When I called to tell them that, the person on the phone said I TOOK THE WRONG ORDER. He said he said Alonso... My name is Harmony... I said, do I look like an Alonso?! Why would you let me have the order?! So basically its my fault he gave me the wrong order. Thanks for ruining my birthday sub firehouse.... I definitely Will NOT be going back to this location. It I ever go back at all.

Ordered the medium Italian meatball sub. Took a couple minutes for them to make it and it arrived hot with perfectly melted cheese. I could see plenty of Italian seasoning and the steam was rolling off the marinara and meatballs. Just one bite is all I needed to fall in love. This is a really good meatball sub! The bread was so soft. The flavors blended so well. The only bad part with this sandwich is that now I find myself not wanting to give any of Firehouses other sandwiches a taste test because, honestly, when something is this good theres no reason to try anything else!

Very clean and inviting atmosphere. I was confused when I first entered as I had never been in a firehouse and all the decorations on the counter threw me off a bit of where to start. The staff walked me through the whole ordering process and recommended a few offerings for me. When I got my sandwich I was pleasantly surprised as it was amazing. Much better quality than other sandwich shops I have had. I have returned many times since then and still love their food and service

Ive eaten at 6 or so Firehouse Subs around the valley and have always been impressed with the entire experience. Hate to say, this one didnt make the grade for me. It seems like they were understaffed for a Saturday night and it took over twenty minutes to get two subs. They were delicious as usual and everyone was friendly, but for a store that wasnt really that busy, the wait was ridiculous. Ill be going back to one of the other locations when Im craving a Firehouse Sub.

Foods good BUT they allow bums to camp next to there front doors and sit inside filling up there own dirts cups at the drink station. Wetting rags at the drink station. They let then literally take baths at the drink station. While the GM is watching all this not saying a word. Super unsanitary and unsafe from the tweeking bums inside and out.

Well its not ok I ordered online thought ide save time took longer than if I had just walked in order wasnt ready said they gave it out when I got home to eat no cheese & I ordered extra & no Bacon which I was charged for no cheese on the wifes sub so that went pretty bad over all I ate & went to bed night

I grew up right out of Philly so Im pretty opinionated about hoagie like sandwiches. I cannot believe that they charge $10 for a combo for a 4in sandwich thats not that great. I guess Ill be sticking to Jersey Mikes since its the closest thing to an actual sub or Hoagie you can find here. God I miss Wawa.

Awesome service!! They all know me by my order I just walk in and they ask the usual? And Im like yup! Hero plain with spinach olives and a tiny bit of BBQ sauce with extra extra extra extra cheese!! Love this place the customer service really makes this experience for me!!

I am so happy they finally opened one here in the westside. This location is very convenient, clean, fast service and always delicious. I always get the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket. The BBQ sauce on it is very good and they are always made perfect.

Decided to try firehouse subs using interests. What a massive fail, if you mess up the order maybe you should pay the fees to get it delivered correctly. Wont be ordering from a place that cant read the word plain !!!

Great subs! The only place I have found with adequate capicola, THIN slices, and a large amount of meat. Just make sure to specify if you would like it cold or hot (they will make it toasted if you dont)

BEST! SUBS! EVER! Awesome subs, great staff who always have a smile even when some customers are being ****** **** and the restaurant is clean and bright. My favorite place for sub sammaches.

My Tuna sandwich was made incorrectly , then it was remade and the cheese on the Sandwich was thicker than the Tuna .. wont go there again
