From the start it was not a good experience. They werent busy, but had customers. My 2 kids and I walked in and asked to sit outside (where there were PLENTY of tables). They took my name and said "we will get a table together for you" without an estimated time so I would assume fairly quickly. 10 minutes later we were seated outside. A waitress came over fairly quickly (will be updating with her name), opened with this, "Hey, so were just going through shift change right now and the server that is taking this section is still over at Yard House and were not sure what time shell be over here so I can take your drink order if youre ok with waiting until they arrive to take your food?" Uh... WHAT? absolutely not! who asks a guest to wait an indefinite amount of time? I come from the service industry and I was always coached that the guest comes first... always! I would have appreciated if she TOOK my order first and then let me know that a new server would take care of me... I told her, "No, Im not waiting. I would like to order now." so we proceeded with our order... Drinks: 1 water and 2 sprites.... took 7 minutes to receive. Also ordered an appetizer (cheese curds) and just some wings... While we are waiting for our food, a family of 6 sat across from us. Shortly after they were approached by a server named Phillip... That went like this... "Hey guys, have you been helped yet?" they said no and he replied "I figured as much. The hosts dont really do their job. They just kind of seat people and never tell us." WRONG! DO NOT DO THAT! is is never ok to throw another team member under the bus that is poor style and not a good look... as a customer i would have appreciated a more "Sorry about the wait, i am here for you now..." and proceed with the order. Food comes out rather quickly however, before our appetizer even made an appearance. Food was delivered by someone other than our server so I sat for about 3 minutes to see if shed arrive to check on us, she hadnt. So I got up to find her because the Cheese Curds I ordered still arent here... So I finally tracked her down... Told her that we never received it, we could also use some extra napkins and things considering no one followed up after our food was delivered... She walked away without a response, came back out with cheese curds and napkins, dropped them off and continued about her business... No other follow-up... Then the check comes... even the cheese curds that i received in the middle of eating our food was on there... needless to say she didnt receive a tip (which I NEVER do) and my family will not be revisiting this location. I didnt see a manager touch any tables while we were there either... He sat at the front with 2 hosts to take names (which wasnt necessary). They lack customer service and I am a biggie on that.

If I could give no starts I would. My husband and I have gone about 4 times and I swear each visit was progressively worse than the last. The first time wasnt so bad but the other times we went with friends and were utterly embarrassed to have taken them there. All four times were called ahead to see how long the wait time would be. The girl sounded polite enough she told us 45 minutes because it was busy, no big deal my husband and I were okay with that. When we arrived they took our names down and to say the least forgot about us. we waited seriously almost 2 hours to get seated ad the only reason we were seated is because my husband asked why it was taking so long. the girl gave us attitude and begrudgingly found a seat for us and our party that was dirty and had all the food from the previous people.We were told to sit down someone would come clean it and, sure enough they forgot and the girl actually brought us our drinks before we even got our table cleaned. How in the world she went about getting the drinks before clearing the table is beyond me. When I asked her to clean the table she literally rolled her eyes at me and told us she would send someone. Starting to see the pattern? It took another 15 minutes to finally get the table cleaned and to fast forward our food order was taken wrong THREE TIMES. I repeat THREE TIMES. They brought it out and it was wrong took it back brought it out was wrong. We had only had our appetizers and by the time we actually got our order right we had been there 2 hours. I kid you not, 2 hours. We were so frustrated we just wanted to cancel our order and get the hell out of there when the manager came out and gave us our food for free. We didnt even want it. We canceled all the food and left. I have had to talk to the manager every single time Ive gone there.The only reason we went back so many times is because we live down the street! But at this point Id rather go 15 minutes than go to this place again. Dont waste your time or evening seriously dont even risk it, AVOID THIS RESTAURANT FROM HELL.

Look; heres what youre coming for. Youre coming for semi-expensive food, eighty plasma tvs, alcohol and somewhere to waste time. Its a sports bar, not a five-star restaurant. That said, if youre not looking for sports and alcohol, Buffalo Wild Wings is still a contender. Their non-alcholic drinks are great; flavored lemon and limades, soda, free water, you name it. The sports? Well, youre outta luck. Now, atmosphere here is catered toward the obsessive sports fan. The music changes from boring country to oldies but lame-ies and Mariah Carey. There is a trivia game you can tune into from one of the offered gamepads, but lets face it; no ones playing. The seating is cheep, but not uncomfortable, the decor is exposed brick veneer and posters, and it isnt Hooters: the staff are fully clothed. Speaking of staff; as a food service worker myself, can I really judge? Yes. Yes I can. Ive been here twice. The first time was bland, the service took too long and the server wasnt table-touching (visiting) enough for the wait to be forgiven. She wasnt interested in what we wanted, and was quick to drop a check and disappear. Nuff said. The second time was this evening, after work. We stopped in for some wings and relaxation, maybe a beer, and a little glass of exciting lemonade. Our waitress was super attentive, very accommodating and visited us often (but not too often.). Our food came out super quick, the drinks were kept full, and I was super happy to just have a chill evening. I wish I got her name; just to shout it out. Hey kid, in the bar; Thanks, you made my day. So lets recap. If youre a sports fan between the ages of 21 and 47, like expensive but mediocre food, nuggets passed off as boneless wings, beer, boring music and a trivia game with one player (you), then head on in, relax, bring your couch, and try the Asian zing.

Literally the worst dining experience I have ever had. We went in at 12:15am and then had to flag down 2 different servers to take our order since we never had a server to begin with. So we finally were able to order after waiting 20 minutes. Then 30 mins later a server who we hadnt seen brought the wrong food, took it back. Then we had to flag another server/bartender down to check up on it who then said there was never a ticket put in for us so a manager then finally came over after talking to 4 different servers. She went to check the food finally brought it to us and said "well the ticket was put in at 12:39 and it only took 7 mins for turn around." Okay thats great but its now 1:15am that you brought the food so 7 minutes would have been 12:46am from 12:39. So if you are telling me that it only took 7 minutes thats fine but then where was the food for the remaining 20 mins that it took from once it was done to when I got it. She had nothing to say but then assigned us a new server which was the same one who had originally brought us the wrong food. To make a long story short when it came time to pay they tried to comp us $2 of our meal. After fighting with two different managers for 20 more minutes we still ended up having to pay for a portion of our food after them telling us we were never brought the wrong food, which they did, that we didnt wait that long for our food, which we also did, and then basically called us liars. Im not about getting free food, I could care less I would have paid the full amount. Its the principle at hand. Get more reliable and responsible staff who know how to do their job properly and you probably shouldnt call your guests liars ESPECIALLY when they have two other servers backing them up.
