YUM,YUM and YUM!!!! Place is Awesome! Best burger Ive ever had!. Staff is really cool and friendly. Place is really clean. Took our order and we got our drinks, a scoop of their yummy peanuts that they offer you while you wait. Stacks of them all over the place and they are so salty and good. Got our delicious burgers. I got the single patty and my husband got the double. We both got exactly what we wanted on our burgers. They were cooked perfectly and I swear, Ive never had a better hamburger meat. Juicy and crumbly. Great quality! One order of fries all in a brown bag. The fry order is enough for 2 or 3 people and they are sooo good! Some skin left on and almost the size of a steak fry. Hot and delicious! All food is made to order and its a great atmosphere with great music from 60-current. A fun place to eat and enjoy your meal. Staff all seemed to love their job which makes it a nice place to want to be. Simple menu so you know they have made the same food many times and have perfected it. My favorite place to go. Make sure you go hungry so you can enjoy every last bite.

This was my first Five Guys experience and I left a happy camper. I have one of these near my house but Ive never been there. My son and I were on a road trip and we needed a late night meal. Thank goodness this Five Guys was open late. The young man behind the counter was very helpful and even suggested smaller less expensive sizes because the servings are large. They dump all the extra fries from the basket into your bag so it was a LOT of food for two people. The drink machines were really nice. There were so many choices. Ive seen them before but this was the first time I used one and I really liked making a custom drink. My son and I enjoy restaurants with free peanuts. The prices are a bit high but you leave very full and you can get your burger and drinks just how you want them. The music is a bit loud and the interior echoes so it is very difficult to talk to the person next to you without shouting. It is what it is, fun fast food and not a quiet sit down place.

Well the food is always good. But we never know what service we are going to get at this location. We did not feel welcomed immediately as the cashier girl only stared at us when we walked in. No greeting from anyone. Which is kinda obvious when a couple walked in as we were sitting down. They got a "hey guys how ya doing!". Uh ok. Ill b straight on this. We are Mexican. Could this b an issue for this crew today? Or is this a normal thing for your resteraunt? So we did order which was this ominous transaction. After our delicious meal. We sat a bit. My daughter finishing their shake. My teenage son on his phone , shocker. This group of people leave and we here.. " thank you guys, have a good one!" After 5 minutes we clean up our table and proceed to walk out. Quiet .. Nothing.. a shame. I hear you loud and clear 5 guys.

I know lots of people rave about this place, and this is just one persons opinion. I took my family of 6 there for a dinner, because my wife really wanted to go there. I thought the Value was missing: 4 single burgers, and a split grilled cheese, and a large order of fries, and 3 regular drinks and we spent over $50.00 for only that. The food was, to me, only average. I am a huge fan of burgers, but this one will be forgotten to me. I will probably not visit again, as my family can go to Fudruckers for less, and get more, and have tons of flavor.

Ive not eaten at this one located in Surprise, Arizona, but Ive eaten at the one in downtown Phoenix next door to the Courthouse. Great burgers and good food ! Fries are really good and made fresh from fresh potatoes! They go through lots of potatoes and have plenty to spare. No Mal odors of any spoiled potatoes, just really good burgers and fries ! Good place to sink your teeth into a great tasting burger and a generous supply of frieis!!

What is so hard about well done burgers and crispy french fries?? I asked Stephanie B. 3 times to make sure my burger was well done. I get it, and of course is not well done. Why? She didnt even specify it on the order receipt. Really makes you wonder what customer service means to Stephanie B. And her co workers, since its not the first time.

Service fast. Burgers have no taste. Even onions uncooked are bland. Fries are soft and mushy. Told me they can not cook crispy because they are fresh and hand cut. Not even close to other fast food burger places in area. On top of all this they were one of the more expensive. Save your money and look elsewhere for some real taste.

Raw meat in the burgers that were greasy, and the buns where smashed and soaked with grease. The fries came in a grease soaked paper bag, they were cold also and super greasy. We just got our money back and left after the manager told us thats the way the food is supposed to be cooked . Just awful.

Great hamburger chain that restricts the menu to things that they do well: ~ Hamburgers ~ Cheeseburgers ~ Hot dogs ~ OUTSTANDING French fries Pricing a bit high but the food, especially in the FRIES are great. Atmosphere is loud music that is unrelenting.

The burgers have that homemade taste that the chains cant replicate. You can totally customize your hamburger to taste from the long list of ingredients with no increase in price. The fries even without being crispy are so good. Cant wait to go back.

Good burger. Nasty soggy fries. Gave them multiple chances to give me crispy fries. They believe they can give me something I dont want claiming thats how they are supposed to be made. Chef needs to please customers not try to make oil last days.

Awesome service and the burger was fantastic. Plus, they had this really cool drink fountain with a million choices. It was SO COOL. The only downside was the fries were really greasy, but I was expecting that. We had the Cajun ones. YUM

Great service, the burgers are delicious, and the French fries are to die for. Oh did I mention the soda machine, that is AWESOME. Too many favors and choices to choose from. Will definitely make that restaurant a weekly stopping point.

Too pricey for so so burger and shake. Counter service weak. Got my burger before the shake and had to ask twice for the shake and this was with only five customers in the place. Satisfied I tried but wouldnt visit it again.

Service was good but we bought two burgers mine had everything you could put on it mushrooms onion steak sauce all your other all your other condiments got home and the burger was absolutely tasteless and that was at $9 a burger

There are so many junk food around here, with a lot of burgers to offer, but i specially like the most these guys when they gave me a free hot dogs for something that happened there.
