I havent been to this location in years due to past unpleasant experiences. However, I decided to test it out once more because it was close to where I was. I was blown away this morning by our server, she was the best server my family and I had ever had. She was very quick and had our soups and salads out within 2 minutes, we were all shocked. Our drinks never went below half and she always maintained a smile and was easy to talk to. HOWEVER, I observed something I have never seen a server do in my entire life. While she was at a table, she had dropped 5$ on the ground. After it had dropped, a little boy had grabbed it and gave it back to her. She thanked him. A few minutes later the boy who was maybe 9 years old received an envelope from her, it had something written on it but I couldnt see it. He opened it and jumped out of his chair, it ended up being the money she had dropped! How beautiful is that? This girl deserves a raise or a bonus.. Some type of recognition. Her name was Brittany, and my family adored her. It was very slow this morning and she proved that not all servers go there to make money and leave. She simply slipped the boy the envelope and never spoke of it or told other tables what she had done. She didnt need to be praised in her mind, but to us she should.

I normally have great service at this location. I havent been there in awhile and for my birthday i went with my lil family. We waited about 25 min (it was Friday night..so we knew we would have to wait no big deal). They sat us down and our waitress didnt come over for about 10 min for our drink order. Once she finally did come over it was like we were a bother to her (everytime she had to come to our table) we placed our drink order and an appetizer order in. We got those drinks and another waiter brought our appetizer out. She came took our meal orders and we waited about 30 min for our food. Mind you we had our 2 year old and he was getting antsy. Finally our food came and the waitress totally forgot our sons food after us waiting 30min. I said just forget about it cause he was starving and so I shared my plate with him...after we got our food we didnt see her again....we had to use the table kiosk to pay out ticket. We normally get great service....it was a terrible birthday dinner....but I definitely will NOT be going back there for awhile.

I usually go here for lunch with my family and the service is always good but we decided to go last night around 8. Never ever coming for dinner again. The waitress was rushing us, snatched our menus from us while laughing and conversating with her friends who were dinning next to us. Didnt even get a hello or our servers name all she said was be right with you and what do we want to eat. I get that its night and that its probably more chill but this was unacceptable. If you want to see your friends go to their house when youre off not when youre working and have multiple tables to serve. The soup and breadsticks we got were cold which was weird because everytime i have gotten soup its always super hot along with the breadaticks. I dont understand how this is happening. Maybe all the strict managers only work in the morning or idk but My family will not be returning to this location again.

I had dinner at this Olive Garden on Aug. 14, 2008, and it skyrocketed my esteem and passion for Olive Garden. It was the best seating I ever had at a public restaurant; it had the best looks about both the inside and outside; the food was excellent; I dont think any food from a public restaurant could even match Olive Garden. I have always got great service from Olive Garden; every person taking care of me has taken every consideration for every customer. Olive Garden is the restaurant of my choice, and I recommend it for anyone looking for a dining place to discuss things, have a night off or even have enjoyment with family and friends. That wasnt my only experience with Olive Garden; I have eaten at other Olive Garden Restaurants, and I can say the same about all of them. This is my experience with Olive Garden, You will enjoy your dining at Olive Garden!

I am regular customer with a big party never less than 20 and up to 38 . Last night was the most awful thing it will be happen in the restoration like that . The management was a big zero . I feel so low at that please . I walk there 90 minutes wait what I am really fine with wait . And sit down stard drinks and appertaizer , o idiot people do you understand as much as you sell bigger is your tip . 20 minutes server dispersed. Stard ordering ( if any manager wants my order I can tell details) from the time we order till the time the order arrive 78 minutes I sure have that recording . So sad really sad and the server want suggest tip . Really I am really ashamed I chose Olive Garden to take my family . (I did tip more than 20 percent ) because someone may complain because they dont want to tip .. Sad and very sad . I am so done with this place .

We Usually enjoy Olive Garden but our experience last night made me feel uneasy about going back. The soup came out cold but other than that the rest of the food was good. However, I brought my kids with me and I have 2 year old twins. They got a little Loud and excited when they colored and all the tables around me gave me dirty looks for that. A table close by even complained about us. And the manager stood in the background staring at our table giving us the evil eye and making sure all the tables around us were accompanied to and happy because of our kids. We didnt go there to ruin anyone elses dinner, we went there to enjoy a nice dinner ourselves but we were made to feel like a burden instead of appreciated for our business. Ill choose to avoid Olive Garden from now on, I guess until my kids are grown.

I ate the Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara at olive garden in Peoria AZ on Sept 25, 2015, a Friday night around 9PM. It was the only thing I’d eaten all day. A few hours after eating I was home (thankfully) and suddenly was hit with severe diarrhea, stomach cramps and nausea followed soon after by vomiting and high fever and chills. These symptoms persisted for three days until Monday. I spent the entire weekend either in bed or running to bathroom where I sat on the toilet while puking in the tub. I am 54 years old and I have never been so sick. Ever! That was weeks ago and I find it difficult still to eat as it hurts when food goes down. I am pretty sure that I have an ulcer from all the vomiting that weekend. Olive Garden owes me a weekend! Never again Olive Garden!

Soup salad and bread sticks lunch. Server never offered more salad.. or bread sticks.. the management had to fill our water. I felt like the zuppa Toscana was watery and not much flavor. I had asked for extra tomatoes and peppers there I seemed to be less I than normal!! When arrived the girl said shed seat me right away and never asked for my name. Then started seating people who arrived after me. When I asked about it she had no recollection of the conversation and I had to wait in the list again. The final thing was we were considering dessert. The server never asked so we never had a chance to order before he showed up with the check. Not so great customer service and not so great food.. Meh..for an overall experience!
