Wish I could give a lower star.... horrible service, horrible people. Horrible management. Filthy. I just ordered a breakfast burrito that had a black pube-like hair cooked into the eggs, brought it back up to racetrack to get my money back, and they literally just said no. The manager tried to pick out the hair and say there wasnt any in there and we were making it up. She failed miserably when they found a second one. The shalimar waffle house is so much better. Theyre faster, dont overcharge, best waffle house meals Ive ever had, polite servers and amazing cooks. Everyone there chips in to keep the restaurant clean daily. Great environment. Racetrack should just be shut down by now. This is the tenth time theyve tried to screw me.

I visited this Waffle House between 6:18AM and 6:45AM on Jan 5, 2010. Im a 40 something black man. When I arrived I received a good morning salutation. A white male arrived a few minutes after me and receieved a good morning sir salutation. The hash browns and eggs were great. I went to the cashier with check and cash in hand. A white female employee, in close proximity to the cash register, continued a conversation with a customer as I waited at the cashier register. I put the check and cash with a tip on the counter and walked out. I didnt receive any thanks for visiting. This is the 3rd time in 1 month that I received this type of service especially at the cashier. I wont be visiting this Waffle House again.

This place is awful. Chances are you will get half of what you ordered, pay for it all and get yelled at for trying to get your food correct. Multiple employees dont speak English. Ive called corporate on this store several times with no fixes to the problem. The staff are all toothless trailer park hoodlems with attitude problems and think this world owes them something. Nome of them are worth their hourly wage except the cook. I own a business and would fire every single one of them without a tear in my eye. Id actually know I made a difference in the world that day. Evolution has stopped. And it stopped at this Waffle House abruptly.

Came in with one couple in front of us. Told it was a small wait, which is fine on a sunday. We wait for about 15 min, a family comes in behind us with about 8. We want a booth so they take the bar area up with 6. The guy sitting people decides that the other 2 can have the booth that opens up nrxt instead of us. Gives me a look when I say something about it and says oh I was gonna seat you while hes taking them over to the booth. We decide to leave because who wants to be fed by a waiting g staff thats upset with you. Waffle house is good, this one is not.

It was horrible experience I found a hair in my food and when I told my server she took my fork and gave me a new one and walked away and when I asked her to do something she said it was my hair and argued with me in front of everyone i called the manager and she said she would only replace my hashbrowns and was rude I just wanted an apology and never got it the manager and servers are very rude

This waffle house is awful. Im not picky But they screwed up scrambled eggs and hash browns... TWICE. THERE WAS SO MUCH DISORGANIZATION ON THE COOK LINE THAT IT WAS OBVIOUS WHY THEY COULDNT MAKE SOMETHING SO SIMPLE.. BETTER ChoiCE IS the Breakfast Place a block down on Beal next to the new ZT Motors. Dont go here. Yuck.

Ive given this place multiple tries in hopes that it was a bad day. Each time they have screwed up my orders after saying my order twice so that they understood. I would either be missing something or it would be overcooked. Talked to the manager 3 times and offered free meals but the service and food isnt worth it.

Took 5mins before even greeted, order hashbrowns with glilled onions and cheese. Onions were in huge chunks and raw, and had and egg sandwich which was overcooked and hard. Could of gone to Sonic and gotten a better meal for half the price :( very disappointed.
