Possibly the worse service Ive ever experienced at a waffle House I wouldnt even give them one star the waitress had an attitude while serving us we didnt get our drinks until ten plus min of sitting there...there was only two other people there...when I got my burger the bun was completely soaked in grease it all fell apart the burger was overcooked and dry most of the food was burnt boyfriend didnt even get his correct order first time around I honestly wouldnt even feed the food to my dog the staff was rude and wouldnt offer refund i puked in the parking lot after eating absoluetly horrible service and food never will return

Just had a very good experience at this location. Was cheerfully greeted when we arrived. Restaurant was clean. Sarah was our server and she was a sweetheart. Colten(I think) checked us out and he seemed to be the leader of the good vibe in the place. Good team at this location. Thanks

This is always my go to Waffle House. Its the closest to where I live, but I also always get the best service. Food is always quick, and its almost never too busy like the other locations. Definitely my pick out of the Pensacola locations!

Perfect location for UWF students- remember to bring your Nautilus card and show it to the staff *before* you order for a student discount. I had countless late night breakfasts at this friendly location during my college years!

This waffle house doesnt know how to handle phone orders. I have called 4 times and i got put on hold each time for at least 5 minutes. When I drive by the waffle house, there are more employees than customers. Pay attention.
