A group of friends and I have been visiting this BWW location for nearly 5 years. We have been going here long enough to know most of the waitresses, bartenders and managers by name. So much so, that when we arrive they ask us if we want our "usual" food and drinks. Tonight was not one of these times. After dinner down the road, we stopped in for a beer or two and wanted to watch a football game, which started at 9 PM CST and asked the bartender to change the channel on a small, side TV to the game. When she went to change it, the NEW manager ripped the remote from her hand and said "It starts at 10. Its on the sheet." After hearing this, we looked it up on our phones, and the game clearly started at 9 PM, and had already begun. When she went to change it again, the manager returned and took the remote away again and told us "Its on that channel back there" (pointing to a TV directly behind us) and said, "We will see at 9!" Excuse me? What did we do to deserve this treatment? Only 5 years of patronage and thousands of dollars spent, but that means nothing I guess. After this reaction, we say to the bartender "That was rude." and she gets mad at us for putting her in the middle of it! In the middle of what? A manager treating customers like crap? We reply with, "We arent putting you in the middle of anything. We are customers." Her response? "Oh youre gonna play the customer is always right line?" After slamming some glasses behind the bar, she comes back and asks if we want nay other drinks. We say "no." Then she says "I would like an apology before you leave." An apology for what? We werent even mad at you, we were mad at the managers treatment of you and us!? After we paid, she stormed out of the bar and into the kitchen in a huff. This bar and restaurant has gone down hill over the past year or so, but I have to say, tonight was a new low. Worst service I have a ever experienced, to a group of customers who come in 50 times a year, or more.

Do you like multiple tv sets playing the same sports game out of sync? Do you enjoy paying almost fifteen dollars for six lousy lemon pepper chicken wings? How would you like to visit the restaurant chain with single highest homicide rate per capita? No? That sounds like a recipe for a horrible night? Good, congratulations you have some taste and self respect. For the rest of you, I have some bad news: I hate you. Many times I have been dragged to a buffalo wild wings by my roommate, lets call him Saron Aott. My last experience at this particular Buffalo Wild Wings was the second worst restaurant outing of my life. The waitress watched me pay five American dollars to use the juke-box before she told me it was out of order (hey-o!). Let me repeat this: SHE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO SAVE ME FIVE DOLLARS BUT SHE CONSCIOUSLY CHOSE NOT TO. Instead she gave me an 800 number and said I might have a chance at a full refund if I called it. After going through twenty minutes of menus, the 800 number abruptly hung up on me. After that it was time to order, knowing the food at Buffalo Wild Wings is sub-par. I ordered the most tolerable item on the menu, the so-called chef inspired Lemon Pepper Wings. After thirty excruciating minutes, my wings were delivered by my table by a waitress with a lousy attitude. The wings were lacking, which I expected. What I didnt expect was my twenty dollar check (not including tip mind you) for six wings and an ice tea. The atmosphere of the restaurant is the worst to me. TV sets playing different programs at once are hung on the walls throughout the bar, making it almost impossible to have a meaningful conversation with anyone. I hate this place.

Today I went to this Buffalo Wild Wings with family and friends there was 9 of us . Everything started off great . And then the food came . My moms shrimp tacos were brought to us twice with the sauce even though she asked for NONE. My husband asked never got his celery . I asked for a burger with tomato lettuce and bacon . Well I got a burger with bacon and nothing else . After they finally got the lettuce and tomato for me my burger was cold so they had to heated up well the brought it back with cheese , I am lactose intolerant so I cant eat cheese . I didnt say anything I was able to take it off . My cousin asked for a SMALL traditional medium sauce wings he got a Medium size of traditional medium sauce . And while all of this is happening our waitress ethed is NOWHERE TO BE FOUND . We saw her a total of maybe 5 times and she did nothing right. Ok my sisters actual food was fine but waited for ranch for like 45 min. As well as everyone else in the table . My friend asked for plan boneless wings with sauce on the side well they got that wrong . The manager tried to help but by the end of 2 hours of us being there and having nothing right he acted mad or irritated at us well it was there fault everything was wrong . I have been to this Buffalo Wild Wings may times and have NEVER had such a horrible experience .. Next time we will ask for our drinks and ranch at the same time . So we can have the ranch before we eat not after . Im giving them one star because they actually dont deserve any ...

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings location in the greater Nashville area (Charlotte Pike). Buffalo Wild Wings used to be my favorite restaurant to grab a beer and some wings, and watch a Football Game or UFC fight. EVERY time my wife and I visit this specific location, we get horrible service. Monday night was the last time we went. The dining room was about 1/4 full at the most, and we waited over 10 minutes for a server, and we never got one. The bartender had to come into the dining area and take our drink and food orders for us. We waited 20 minutes for an appetizer salad to come, and the wings took over 30 minutes to get to our table. The worst part is, that the food had obviously been sitting under a heat lamp for most of that time, as the wings were very dried out. They were also only about 1/2 covered in sauce, and that to me is completely unacceptable. I then called the manager over to get my order redone, so he put my order in, and then forgot about me. I had to personally get one of the other servers in the restaurant to grab my food from the kitchen 15 minutes later, and it came out the same. Dried out from sitting under a heat lamp. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Go to any of the other BW3 locations around nashville, and save yourself the grief. /rant *edit- it seems that the new management (within the last 4-5 months) is the problem. They do not care about the customers, and if there isnt a change, I predict that this place will go under by this time next year.
