I recently moved to the Dadeville, AL area, and one of the first orders of business was to find a good Mexican restaurant. La Posada is better than I expected. They use the good kind of cheese (the one that all good gringo Mexican places use.) The sweet tea and service are good. I stick to the basics on the menu, though, because when I venture out and try something new I am usually disappointed.

The staff is super nice and you are always well taken care of. Its fast if you come in for lunch and the food is amazing. I try and get something different each time and its always great. I turned a few friends that are chefs on to this place and they love it...

Ordered steak fajitas. Friendly service. Good food. Good atmosphere. Two locations: Dadeville and Alexander City. Both are great. Recommend the cheese dip (hot).
