We had high hopes going in. Our waitress (young girl, Carly maybe?) was very friendly. Seemed like she was new, but not sure. Her boss (Im guessing), however, was behind the counter and all we could hear was her screaming at other employees about the phones and the make line. Anyway, our waitress made a mistake when entering our order, which is no big deal. It happens, right? Im generally very understanding when it comes to the service industry, since Ive worked in it most of my life. So we mention to her that our pizza (which looked REALLY good) was supposed to have no onions on half and wed like it fixed. She takes it to the make line and tells the boss what happened. We hear her screech, "Well, it wasnt on the ticket!" She then continues yelling about how she should have known it was wrong, and then something else about how no one ever orders plain cheese pizzas and if a ticket says this, its probably entered wrong (huh???). So a few minutes pass and the waitress brings us a "new" pizza. Its a little strange, though, because it looks as though there are raw onions all over the top on one half and raw banana peppers (our requested replacement topping) on the other. We take a closer look and notice that under a fresh layer of cheese, there are still onions on the whole pizza. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? They took our pizza, threw some extra cheese and new toppings on it, and stuck it in the oven for a couple minutes, thinking that were dumb enough to not notice THAT THERE WERE STILL ONIONS ON THE WHOLE PIZZA UNDER THE CHEESE. There is no reason, ever, that this kind of "service" should be considered acceptable, especially when we were perfectly polite when requesting a replacement. I had no complaints about our waitress - she was polite, attentive, but a little shy. I have a feeling she had to know it was the same pizza, but probably felt bullied by the boss. The woman behind the counter who thought this was the best solution to a customer issue is the problem. I know from experience that its NOT THAT HARD to make a new pizza. I worked in pizza for 6 years, and when youre not busy (and they werent), youre talking 10 minutes tops from start to finish. And 5 of those minutes are when the pizza is in the oven, which involves no effort on your part. This was without a doubt the worst treatment Ive ever received as a customer. It was underhanded, lazy, rude, and absolutely unacceptable. Its a shame, too, because I was in the mood for pizza and it looked great - it was fresh and hot, and aside from the onion mistake, looked perfect. It would have been an easy fix, and we were willing to wait, but for some reason, they didnt have the sense or respect to go about it in the right way.

Outstanding great experience! This pizza hut is in my home town and is a great place to eat at the waitress never let my drink get below half and the food is amazing. I rate this 5 stars because of the friendly staff and quality of the food.

Was not greeted upon entry and was left to wait on waitress who was busy with other guests. But, she finally made it over and was very nice. Pizza was kind of sour but crust was great.

Recently renovated, had high hopes that the food would be better than before. Ordered some wings and had to return them because all I could taste was vinegar.
