This place only gets one star because i had to give it that in order to review it. The service is horrible and the employees are just as bad. My most recent experience was just tonight. My brother went and ordered me a chicken burrito and a chicken quesadilla and a diet coke with no ice. And they forgot my quesadilla. When my brother said they forgot the cashier had the audacity to get an attitude and demand to see the bag. And she took the bag with her to get the quesadilla. And upon returning home we found out the chick took out the burrito and put in the quesadilla. And they didnt give my brother the drink. And we couldnt go back with the receipt to get the stuff because burrito theif chick coincidentally didnt give it back. I have had several experiences like this from them and i will not be going back. And neither will my brother. And he ate there nearly every day. So good luck c-town rd taco bell. We will be informing all of our friends about this and you will be losing a lot of business.

If there was a way to give it no stars I would, at least the 3rd shift at this location. When, I went there was a group in the dining room doing each others make up, but the doors was locked no one else could go in, so Drive-Thru it was, where someone Im assuming was a employee (since he had on no work shirt) & the manager was both working the window, but somehow they almost forgot my drink and my order was messed up. When, I tried to call from the parking lot, they would let it just ring & onceI was hung up on, so I went back thru drive thru, where I informed them about my order an how I wasnt given a receipt. They told me to pull around, where they stared at me for 15 mins., didnt say anything to me note fixed my order. At first I wanted to call their GM, but instead decided just to not return to that location.

You better check your food before you leave!! Also they have crappy management!! After I called about my food missing in my order they supposed to have wrote it down. Lol. I went about one week later to get what was coming to me and they said they had no idea about it. They were supposed to have wrote it down!! But had just gotten a new woman manager with a smart attitude and did not replace my missing food.!! So I guess they can kiss mine!! Wont be eating there for a long time.

Usually get good service during the day. But sometimes have to go in 20 minutes before closing due to schedule. The night crew is always outside smoking and get mad when they have to go in and do their jobs. Almost always rude. Last time my husband and I went in and placed a to go order the cashier (young black man) said he was going to "lock us out". Real nice.

Not sure what the deal is but they havent been very good these days. Short handed I guess. Slow service, out of order drink machine (only the ice was out of order.... But they wouldnt let anyone use it) sloppy Mexican pizzas, (rather than evening out the beans, just a glob in one place) seems the employees just dont care.

Went after work because they are supposedly open until 4am. Sat in drive thru behind a guy who had obviously been sitting there for a while. He finally gave up and we both drove around and we saw nobody in the building. Dont be open until 4am if you cant properly run a business.

Really gone downhill since it opened. I really liked it when it was tacobell pizzahut but they didnt it all wrong tried to treat the pizza part like fast food when they shouldnt have and I really havent been back much since then.

The worst Taco Bell Ive ever ordered food from on 3rd shift in my life my hard shell taco was old and soft I had to order my food a 2nd time and it still was horrible less meat more tomatoes and sour cream

The staff is always so friendly. Even if there is a long wait in the drive thru, which I dont really experience all that often, its still worth it because the food is always delicious.

The food is always good and the service is ok you may have to wait so long for the drive through. Doesnt matter how many cars there are its going to be at least a 15 minute ordeal.
