This is one great place to eat! Ive eaten in Philly and had the real Philly cheese steaks there! this one is easily as good as the ones eaten out in Philadelphia! I ate in sit downs and at a lunch wagon over near Sysco Grocery Warehouse several times. The French Fries are freshly cut and heaped to overflowing in a giant cup! They must use peanut oil for the Fryer. Very tasty, food is fresh and clean bathrooms and counters. The Manager came around a couple of times and appeared to be very concerned about quality and taste.

Having been to multiple locations, I always know the subs are freshly made and tasty. Its the customer service that is the result of this poor review. We recently signed up for their e-mail list and received a e-coupon for a buy one get one sub free. Upon bringing in the confirmation e-mail to the store I was informed that it must be printed out in order to be valid. There were no exceptions and I find that to be a little bit 20th century. Especially if you are the ones who e-mailed it to me in the first place!

Horrible! I had to get my money back. The employees were making food without gloves or washing their hands. Another employee was taking the money while wearing gloves because he had cuts on his hands then shuffled the bread around on the tray with the same pair of gloves on. It was disgusting and all the manager Brittney said was they dont have to wear gloves to prepare food. I was done after that and got my money back. I love Penn Station but not enough to risk my health. If I could rate a zero I would.

I eat at Penn Station a lot - maybe too much! And I eat at a lot of different locations. The Lebanon one is not up to par with the others. Their sandwiches barely have any meat and even if you say and pay for extra meat it is still less than a regular anywhere else. The last 3 times I have been here, it has been all bread!!!!!

Its not a cheap sandwich place...but for the money you get a great sandwich that will be usually stuffed right. The fries are good, the lemonade is good. Not all are the same in as it really depends on whos making the order that will make you like them or not.

Best sandwiches in town! I live out if state, but always make it a point to stop in while Im in town! The customer service is fantastic, better than most places and the food is always on point! I love it here and am looking forward to my next visit!

Store is clean. Staff is friendly and quick. After having having horrible service in a filthy store in Forest Park, I almost quite going to Penn Station completely. This location has turn back on to returning, at least other locations.

Very nice and clean, the food was great as well. I guess my reason for only giving 4 stars is that you wouldnt know this from looking at the building from the outside. It looks somewhat abandoned and is located on a fairly empty lot.

Quality ingredients with an above average wait time but well worth it compared to other sub/sandwich shops in town. The special is always a good deal and the staff tends to be more friendly than the fast food restaurants near by

Good subs, but the price vs portions dont seem to be as high as they used to be. Fries were a bit under cooked last time we went but the Philly was good albeit greasy.
