Oh Man, what a horrible experience. Ive been to dozens of different locations and for the most part they are all good, but this location was horrible. Sound was so loud - you literally had to scream. In fact, others were screaming around us, and then someone turned their sound up twice again! Kids running around were complaining it was too loud and it was hurting their ears. Management didnt bother to turn the volume down. Took about 50 mins to get our food ( 70-80% full restaurant ) The worst part was the waitress. Took our order and didnt come till the end with a bill. Can you believe that? No refills, no nothing. Didnt ask anything once. So we asked for a box at the end - had to remind her 3 times! She kept forgetting walking back and forth doing nothing and talking to her friends(no joke). Never coming back. This place needs new management and personnel.

Great place to go . . . to be ignored. Coworker was leaving the company so quite a few of us were there on a Friday night. Was it because I was quiet while everyone else was loud? Anyway after almost 40 minutes of being ignored (including having the waitress pass me over three times while haphazardly running around taking orders) I went to Trader Joes and purchased a wrap to eat. Came back and after another 40 minutes someone finally asked me if I needed anything. At that point no thanks. Cumulative time before asked to be helped somewhere around an hour and fifteen minutes. Admittedly it was pretty busy and noisy, but still you would think they would notice someone without anything to eat or drink in that time.

I have been to all of the different Buffalo Wild Wings in the Dayton area. However, when it comes to carry out at this location? The wings are almost always cold and they never put any sauce on them. This has happened to me numerous times at this location where the wings literally just taste plain. Also, by the time its ready in the carry out line, the box is even barely warm. They need to do some work on the food quality because it was nothing but a disappointment. It wasnt even worth the money that I spent.

The food at BW3s is always good the service was horrid, the waitress was checking on other tables and I had to ask multiple times to get anything, by the time I was ready to go I had to wait for the bill and then even longer for her to pick it up. The food = 5 stars but the service, which is most important when eating in, gets a zero but since I cannot give a zero, One Star. Avoid Rachel unless you wanna wait forever. In five years there has still been no improvement

Ive been down on Buffalo Wild Wings lately as I felt their quality had gone down as their prices went up (especially the expansions out in California). Ive been going since they had the weck still in their name. The Kettering Buffalo Wild Wings reminded me that when its cooked well, its still good. Its still somewhat expensive but the wedges were nice and crispy and the wings cooked and sauced well.

Service was good, but my wife and I ordered two orders of 10 traditional each. My wings were satisfactory and I ordered hot, but my wife ordered mild wings and they were hotter than mine. I complained and the waiter didnt really seem to phased by it. I also found it extremely pricey. It was ok food, but there are better wing spots in town than BW3s.

This is not about the food or my personal visit but about the stupid staff. An employee at the front desk actually made local detectives leave because they had their guns on them? Seriously?! They had their badges on them. How stupid are people? A "No Gun" sign does not apply to cops, in any state. What an idiot!!

Definitely the lowest on the corporate ladder! Ive been to the majority of BW3s locations in the area and to this one quite a few times, and this store has consistently poor service and below standard food. Not the companys shining star thats for sure.

Deserves only 5 stars, Best service in town. Street tacos are always on point!! Chad the bartender should get a five star alone. KFTBTF also thinks its the best!! Eat here, eat here, eat here, eat here, eat here, eat here.

This is a great place to eat. You may to spend a little money but the food is good and the staff is nice bar tender is as well Great for family to its just a good places. Plus its a pokè stop for pokemon go

although there is construction at the moment, this place is still open! Very clean on the inside, staff is friendly and the food is great! Fantastic place to come and watch the NBA finals!

First time eating there in quite some time, food tasted good. Woke up 3 hours later, barely making it to my toilet to puke. Got food poisoning and now missed a day of work.

Had daughters baby shower in Blazin Room . Done very nicely, bulk ordering was the way to go. Our bartender(for soda) Eric was great! I recommend it for your party or event.
