"Reality Check" below is just going around giving low ratings to all the Five Guys in the area. Go read his review of the Centerville store and my reply.--------------------------------------------------- My review: I usually frequent this one. It is well-kept and friendly. I always enjoy what I eat. There are just a couple of times when I was disappointed: Sometimes the fries are WAY too salty. Sometimes you are not given the extra ones in the same amount (it has really varied). All the employees that have been there the longest are very polite. Just need to tweak those newbies a little. Id give 4 1/2 stars (alas, no 1/2 stars on google).

Used to love this FGs. Been going there since it opened. I have seen alot of workers come and go. It used to be a great place, but now they are the stingiest on the fries. They used to give a nice scoop additional, but your lucky if you get 5-10 more outside the cup. Half the time, the order is just wrong. This is pretty pitiful. But, between BK (just less than a block away) and FGs, this one will do. Convenience more than anything, but I do not frequent as much as I did 2+ years ago because of the errors and stinginess.

Best food ever in everything is made fresh right there in front of you they have free peanuts at the store definitely definitely if you have not had it I suggest it highly my son loves the store and you know we always go out here with you no family and its just a great great place Five Guys and for the money is awesome and you get so much more and its like basically what you would pay at McDonalds for a family of 3 you paid less than that at Five Guys and the food is incredibly awesome

We have eaten at a 5Guys before, but not like this place. The whole crew worked efficiently. Constant communication. Restaurant was clean. Staff super friendly. Food arrived fast and correct, despite being super busy. When no customer at the counter... Cashier started cleaning tables without being told. Coverage at the counter during that time was quick and without being told. Awesome experience. Will make the 35 min drive in future.

Great fresh made burgers. They are 1/4 and 1/2lb so people get sticker shock when used to McDonalds or BK. Everything but bacon amd cheese is free. Fresh or grilled onions peppers mushrooms. And fresh cut fries piled high. Small order feeds 2 or 3 easy order them cajun fries they are so good. And yummy free peanuts.

Hamburgers are supposed to be this way. Juicy with quality toppings, a little messy with French fries that play a side item, but great enough to stand alone. The only thing is that you will pay for the quality like Wendys is to McDonalds, but all they do is burgers, fries and hot dogs, so they do it well.

Ive gone to this Five Guys locations plenty of times. Every time I have gone in there, they have always been cleaning. They run a tight ship at this location. They only messed up on 1 of my orders, and that is why they are not getting my excellent. Still very good place to eat.

Lived by this Five Guys as a UD student. My roommates and I used to go on the weekends, the staff here is awesome! Always friendly and having a good time. The food is amazing as is any Five Guys location.... all those fries, YUM!

The people and the service is great! Food is prepared quickly, even when they are busy. Everyone on staff was really nice and respectful. I would give them 5 stars, but this location is not up-to-date with the new coke machines.

Love the burgers! If you are fine with grease, then this place will give you great burgers that will actually fill you up for a while. If with people, order 1 thing of fries. 3 people can snack on one. Fast service as well.

Great food. Doesnt get a five cause even thought its great, it isnt mind blowing. It is something you have to be in the mood for. Tip: Dont order the large drink if you are eating in, they have free refills.

The food is great! You will not leave hungry. In fact you will probably eat too much. It loses a star, because it is so expensive. For a burger, fries, and a drink you will pay between 10 and 15 dollars.

Had lunch here for the first time. I had a bacon cheese burger. It had absolutely no flavor or taste. Even the pickles were bland. Fries were good. Service was great. Burger was not good.
