Ugh ... where to start. Took forever for someone to come to the table to get us anything and thats only because the manager noticed no one was serving us. Then a waitress quickly came over and took the entire order (always a risk when ordering appetizers). After a long wait we got drinks, but no straws (i finally just got up and got them myself) ... Then nothing. Finally flagged our "Guest Experience Captain" down and asked if she could find our appetizer (you know, the party that comes before the meal). The fried pickles arrives shortly after that followed quickly by, yep you guessed it ... our dinner! My wife mentioned, as soon as she got her salad, that none of us had silverware. Our waitress assured us that shed get some right away. When I noticed that she was getting drinks for another table I had it. For the first time in my life I got up and went hunting for the manager. He had been standing near the kitchen. When I got there he wasnt there, but you could see right into the staging area. There they were, nicely rolled silverware packs. I walked in and helped myself. Bad news ... they were dessert spoons. So I went back ... this time the manager sees me, I tell him why Im in his kitchen ... We need utensils. He finally goes and gets some himself. At this point youre surely thinking that the management would do something, free appetizer, etc., nope! Nothing! Not a visit from the manager, no apology, nothing that shows they care at all. So after waiting about 15 minutes we flag the waitress down and have to ask for the bill. Finally ... The manager comes to tell me that they took 15% off the bill ... woohoo, I got paid less than minimum wage for self serving my family!

Horrible service waited around for 25 minutes until a server who was high on something to the point she was drooling on herself comes over and asks if we found our server. After we instructed that we dont know who our server is she looks around trying to find someone else to take care of us, she finally returns and takes down our drinks, 15 minutes later the drinks come and we order. We wanted to order more drinks while waiting for food, it took long enough that we had to go to the bar to get our drinks. Our food comes out nearly a hour after we arrive from someone else we had not spoken to while our waitress stands in the back with 3 others while all our cups along with other customers around us need refills and two of the folks with mes food was dried up cold wings, they sent them back took it off the bill and we left hungry. My advice is quit hiring so many drug addicts who couldnt care less about being there..And start focusing on providing better service and having employees who value their job. Especially at the prices you charge for food. Id suggest driving to Mason location if able.

I always go to this particular BWW. I have seen all these bad experiences, and I dont understand them. I have been there right at open and close and everywhere in between. I am a regular there and I get treated the same wither its just to pop in at the bar for a few drinks or I am there with my family. The waitstaff always has my food hot and right. The management is always friendly we know each other by first name and the will interact with my 2 and 3 years old shoes faces are normally covered in sauce. The atmosphere is always putting me in a good mood, many different TVs to watch a game, tablets to entertain the little ones and HELLO FREE WIFI!!!! All in all BWW in Lebanon is my favorite place to go and hangout and always feeling like family. Dont understand how one bad day out of many good days is what gets the review

We gather, with a large group, at the bdubs in Wilmington Ohio to watch UFC ppv events. However, for this event we had to travel to this location to watch them. Our waitress was GREAT! But, my husband was in the restroom with one of the kitchen employees that didnt wash his hands before leaving the restroom. My husband followed him to the entrance of the kitchen to see if he washed his hands in the kitchen. He didnt. He actually walked right past the sink. We asked for a manager and expressed our concern. He said he would talk with the employee and thats the last we heard from the manager. I normally wouldnt write a review but this was truly disgusting!

Horrible service. Server left because she didnt want to deal with us then proceeded to talk to all the servers leaning at the front desk and no one would come over so we finally got a server she was rude and didnt want to serve us. As the manager just stood there with all the servers leaning over the counter while they clearly were pointing at us. As our original server told us that her shift ended then has just sat and rolled silverware. Will not be coming back.

My family of 5 walked in and a few people were waiting to be seated. We walked up and waited while two employees stood there. Did that for five minutes and were continued to be ignored. Then we kind of backed off to let some people in the door and they walked right up and got greeted so we left without so much as a hello or welcome from the staff. Probably explains why more than half of the ratings on here were one star.

Came in at 10:30, kitchen closed at 11: 00, waited 10 minutes before barmaid came to wait on us. Asked if we could get drinks and food, barmaid said bar was closed and we could only get "to go orders" acted VERY put off ....left with out ordering anything. NOT a good experience !! Another waitress tried to remedy the situation on our way out. SHE was very kind.

Its a nice place and the management/staff have always been helpful. Update: I recently found out that BDubs has a no firearms policy that js franchise wide. This is not displayed at the Lebanon location, but is at the Middletown one. This has swayed my business here. Whether it does or does not matter to you, I think people should know.

Ordered for to go and they didnt include any of the sauces, didnt include the correct order and then when call they stated they would out our name in a list for a free item when I ordered again. I had to call a second time to get the refund placed on my card...we will see if it actually gets put on.

If you want extremely slow service with almost no chance of them getting your order correct then go to the B-dubs in Lebanon. No matter when I go there or how empty the place is it is a guarantee that you will wait at least a half hour after placing your order to get your food.

Horrible service. The hostesses always seem high and flighty. If you take kids, expect the waitresses to say "dont seat me with kids". Do yourself a favor and go down the road to Billys. At least there youll get a staff with some common courtesy and better food.
