This is the absolute worst firehouse subs Ive been to. I went in on my birthday cause they say you get a free sub the shift leader who was on duty would not honor the free sub so I bought my sub instead which wasnt a issue but what really pissed me off was the fact that he was joking with my husband telling him I was there with another man and laughing about it, which wasnt true. I just think its very unprofessional. Then I call corporate and they take my info to give it to the store manager and his area rep. Its been over a month and no still called. I will complain to every higher chain over them since my issue was never addressed.

Best chain sub-sandwich place yet. If youre frugal like I am, when you first see $8 for a footlong youre inclined to look the other way, but once you take one bite out of their always delicious Italian Subs youll be willing to pay $20 for such an awesome, little creation. Id recommend Firehouse Subs to any good friend and Subway to the jerkoff at work.

Everyones always friendly here. They are clean. My subs are always the way I order them and they come out reasonably fast. Prices are a little steep, but the subs are really good; so its worth it.
