I come to this location like 4 times a week because I live right down the street but today I can in the drive thru the order taker was very rude and she was rushing me I ordered total of 16 soft tacos I was telling her to make sure that no lettuce was on them because we are allergic to lettuce she got smart with me and told me to come to the window we waited almost ten minutes on our food we was the only car there when she gave us our food I asked for fire sauce shecut me off by saying it was in the bag (Kendra D) need to be retrained I will not be coming back here if she worked for me I would have fired her ass no customer service at all whoever the store manager is need to have a talk with her if she did this to me i bet she have did this to other customers workers like this make the brand look very bad I have worked for Michael Milton before and I know he dont want anyone like this to work for his company that act like this.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE.... no one was on register just in the back gossiping....I ask " is there anyone working the counter? " two females...one darker one who look like she had braids and another young looking one with light skin and too much makeup on....they look giggle keep talking, the older one asks "are you trying to order?" Which has to be the dumbest question if Im just standing at the register....after I say yes THEY KEEP TALKING TO EACH OTHER AND DO NOT EVEN TRY TO GET SOMEONE TO COME HELP...and by then mire people had come in....will not give them my business, dont be fooled

Supposedly open until 3am but dont go between 1:30 and 3am. I guess they dont have a manager on duty at night so they just close up whenever they feel like it. "Sorry for the inconvenience but our system is down." Every night?? I wonder how long it will take the owners to figure out theyre not making any sales between 2 and 3am. Already called about this once. Guess they dont care.

The first Person who took my order through the drive thru had exceptional customer service, however things took a turn for the worst when I got to the window and was asked to back up behind the yellow line because the ticker was clocking. I was almost forced to roll over the car behind me which of course caused that driver to curse me out. Get it together taco bell.

I love this place food always hot the Gm chris is awesome. An they have a little runner who smiles often. Shes really sweet. An work very hard. If Im not mistaken her name is Jemaria. My family an I will continue to shop there. The restaurant is very clean an very family oriented.

Horrible customer service . I drove through the drive thru and and they told me they were closed at 12 in the morning . When I continued to order they laughed and mocked me . Then at the window gave me cold old food . Never again ! They need a whole new staff !!!

I stay about 6-7mins away from the store and when I got home I had $29.00 worth of cold and/or badly prepared food! I called the store twice and of course NO ANSWER! So I had 4 upset little girls at a pj party taking apart tacos so we could try and heat them up!

This place is the hood and its the worst mf gave me my food freezing cold the woman with the big lips who work drive thru is so rude the whole time I was ording my food she was like is that it multiple times . I will never eat here again

I went to the drive thru and had one of the best customer service experiences in a while. It was so good, I called the number on the receipt and mentioned the staff person by name for such professionalism.
