Went in for the first time on sat shop was clean and smelled great i was looking at spending about a grand for a event i am putting on for local vets i wanted to purchad a few thing to see if they tasted as good as they looked i went to pay all i had was a 100 bill they refused my money i am affened not a wise choice i will take my businesd somewhere where american money is taken it is also nice to know your business is doing so well they can lose a 1000 order Dan Dunaway

Pretty disappointed with the service I received at this location. The cashier was very argumentative when I asked about the plastic container for the 10in round cake. I get several of these cakes a year from the blue ash location and have never had a problem there and have been satisfied with the service. Can not say the same for this location.

I went in to purchase dinner rolls and a pastry. A young girl by the name of Annalee waited on me. She seemed to be having a bad day. She dropped my credit card and handed back to me without an apology or thanks for my business. Rude service! Ive never had this happen before at Servatii, disappointed!
