Great atmosphere, very friendly baristas, and a pretty nice mocha. My husband loves the daily trivia. This place is cozy and clean. The music is never blaring which is a big problem at some chain coffee shops. The rewards program is straight forward. Buy 12 drinks get the 13th free. Its a little better than Starbucks because you can ring all your drinks together instead of separately in order to get full credit. The only thing that could make this place better? Maybe a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich.

I have two favorite places to get coffee. This is one of them. The prices are reasonable especially for plain old coffee. Try the "Black and Tan" blend or "Mocha Java". Both are really good, smooth coffees. In the fall, you must try their Pumpkin Spice Latte. I like Starbucks Pumpkin Spice, but Biggbys beats Starbucks like a bully taking its lunch money. Its so good. Not too sweet and actually some spice with the pumpkin.

Any time I go to get a coffee the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They have never messed my order up and it is always ready promptly. I highly recommend them over Starbucks any day. Also the store is always very neat and always clean..which is a huge plus to me. One last thing that I thoroughly enjoy is their tip jars! They always have this one or that one which makes the tipping experience fun.

I had never heard of Biggby coffee before I moved to this small Kentucky suburb of Cincinnati. Now it has become a mandatory daily stop before my short trek to work in the city. The staff is wonderful and refer to me by name, the coffee is exceptional and I always leave in a great mood to start my day! If youre looking for a new spot to try in the morning, head to Biggby!

I am from portland oregon where coffee is huge and starbucks is on the lower end. We have stumptown and torque coffee. Its hard to find the good monin syrups out west (top shelf brand no preservatives or high fructose corn syrup) but this place has it! Better than alot of the coffee shops near portland. Definitely recommend

I was not a coffee shop fan until Biggby Coffee opened up in Fort Mitchell. It is a wonderful place with great selections. They also support local events and businesses, giving it a nice warm and friendly atmosphere. Try a Super Sugar-free Redbull Creme Freeze with raspberry & blackberry with a nice Bragel.

Love coming here for my daily caffeine fix. Excellent crew of very nice people. Never left disappointed or feeling like Im overpaying for what Im getting. Ive stopped going to Starbucks all together now that I know how much nicer Biggby is. I now have all of my coworkers hooked on Biggby coffee and bagels.

This place is awesome! Its a little off the beaten path but that adds to its mystique! Not a fan of starbucks or just want something different, this place is for you! Their coffee doesnt have that burnt bitterness of Starbuck roast, giving Biggby coffee a cleaner more vibrant taste! Check them out!

I love stopping at Biggbys on my way to work in the morning. The coffee is delicious. More for the money than that other coffee place, you know where I mean. And always ready before I even get to the end of the counter. No idea how they move that fast. By far my FAVORITE java joint in town.

I use to frequent at starbucks then I tried this place. I never cared for iced coffee until I cane here. I love their Iced Carmel Marvel Latte or just iced coffee with Carmel added. The baristas are always super friendly and the aatmosphere is great. I highly recommend giving it a try.

Good drinks, very friendly and helpful staff. I personally wish they had a few more food items, but that isnt this location, it is Biggby in general. This location in particular is clean and very well run. As mentioned getting into the parking lot can be a challenge coming South.

My favorite coffee shop. The baristas remember their regulars and the coffee is much better than any other large brand coffee Ive consumed. Its in a convenient location and I often spend an hour or so here after getting off work before I have to be at my next appointment.

Its fine, if mediocre drip coffee and espresso drinks from what amounts to a vending machine are your thing. Its not expensive. The parking lot is difficult to get into if youre coming from the south. Id suggest you keep driving, unless youre desperate.

Its a fairly standard chain coffee shop in terms of drinks, though I do really really enjoy their tea lattes. Their bagel sandwiches (bragels) are quite delicious, and the staff is usually quite personable.
