Employees wwere inattentive. New employee took my order, he tried asking for help and was basically ignored by the other employees. Drinks were made wrong, but same new employee immediately tried to make it right. Different employee made drinks the end time. Barely steamed the milk (lattes) and drinks were about room temperature. New guy offered to remake drinks again, but we declined and left. 1 star because you have to rate something. 2nd star because the new guy was trying, it was the other employees that disappointed.

This Smiley Street Starbucks of all the Starbucks I have frequented, is one of my favorite places to be. Everyone is warm and friendly and smiley, just like the name of the street. The manager is one of the nicest guys I have met. He does a great job of creating an atmosphere that is professional, courteous and extremely friendly for his workers and his customers. As expensive as they are, I cant see myself going anywhere else for my drinks and muffins.

My favorite way to start the day with amazing service and they make my order perfect everytime. I have even gone to them after another store messed up my order and I was willing to pay for my coffee again just to have it made correctly by them. Love each other the staff there and they should be given an award of excellence for their personal care of their customers. Would pass up 3 other stores just to go to them!

Great Starbucks, very friendly people. The reason I gave it three stars? Their parking lot is an absolute mess during their peak period of the morning. If you park you may or may not get out of your spot. Their drive through can also be a bit slow, but their friendliness and quality beverages are what keep me coming here even with the parking/DT issues.

Best Starbucks in greater Cincinnati area. Go there everyday right when they open and always greeted friendly even at 5:30 am. Would recommend this Starbucks over all others in Cincinnati. If you go in the morning Sizzle(yes thats his name) is the barista to go to.

Its a cozy location and likewise a comfy arrangement inside. The staff is polite, as well as fun, so dont be afraid to break out of the usual professional character. Outside seating is great in the summer. And service has always been spot on.

The workers at this drive through are very quick and nice. My orders have always been correct. The inside is a bit small and could be a more roomy. If you are looking for a place to pick up coffee this spot is great.
