We had some work in the Fairfield area and were looking for some quick bite for lunch after a heavy breakfast and this coffee house had good reviews. However, after a visit, it didnt impress me as much. Food: We went for a Cafe Latte and Chai Tea Latte, to begin with, along with Apple Cinamon Raisin Muffin and Grilled Caprese Sandwich. Cafe Latte was disappointing - the milk to coffee ratio was highly skewed towards milk and the coffee taste was just missing. Chai Tea Latte was okay - it had the same problem of the ratio of tea to milk being skewed towards milk. However, they scored well in the muffin and sandwich. Muffin was great - warm, soft and delicious. Enjoyed every piece of it. The sandwich was good too. Bread was a bit over-grilled but was still edible. In my second trip, I went for Cafe Au Lait and, so stupid of me, I forgot to tell about "less milk". So, even after going for a dark roast, the coffee taste wasnt really coming out well. Ambiance: The ambiance is pretty good. There is a large leather sofa, cushion chairs and a fireplace on one side and there are contemporary style wooden chair-tables on the other side. The lighting was little less and unfortunately, the only source of natural light - the large glass window on the right of the entrance was largely blocked by the blinds and some winter toys. So, it is largely dependent on artificial lighting. Wall art was good, though. However, the overall ambiance could be more contemporary. Staff: The cafe was run by only two people and considering that they have a drive-through, it was definitely not adequate. And, among the lady and the young man, it was the lady who was handling the most of it since it appeared that the young man was still learning stuff. Perhaps, thats why you should expect some delay in service, just like in our case. Having said that, both of them were good and friendly. Overall, its a good place for food but definitely not for coffee if they cant get Cafe Latte and Chai Tea Latte right.

Have gone multiple times, and originally left a great review. Each time I go, I spend $12-$15. The last few times Ive gone for business purposes - since the atmosphere was quiet and the service seemed nice - but I was asked to leave today because I didnt buy anything today (only being there 30 minutes - we werent loud, large in number OR loitering in any way). I will never go back - I cannot believe that a regular customer would be treated so disrespectfully (in front of the rest of the customers AND my business associates) because I didnt choose to buy a coffee this time.

Ive been in Fairfield for 3yrs now and just now found this shop. Great customer service from the second I opened the door. I was greeted with a warm smile and kindness. Youre made to feel like youre at home. Its a very cozy and comforting shop. Go before work to gather your morning thoughts or after work for a nice and peaceful release. Theres a variety of fresh coffee to choose from; dont forget to grab a giant cookie, muffin or sandwich to nourish your body.

I am constantly going to the Fairfield coffee shop around my house they are nice and they always greet me with a smile I walk in there one time bought 3 coffee walked out for only 12 to 13 dollars if i go to star bucks If i walk out there with 3 coffees it proably be 18 to 20 dollars really affordable

My wife and I love going to Fairfield Coffee. It is the closest to our home, so it is super convenient. The coffee is always good and so is the Chai Latte (my wifes favorite). To top it off, the owners, Wrajean and Jeff, as well as the entire staff are very friendly.

Stopped by for the first time today. Great coffee cake and a delicious zebra latte. They were accommodating with my strange request for skim with whip as well. :) I love that their large is 4 ounces larger than Starbucks for no more money. Ill be back!

Best place to get coffee, and at a very affordable price. I met the owner today and she is very friendly and took care of my order quickly. I highly recommend going to Fairfield Coffee, even more so than Starbucks or any other mainstream coffee joint.

Delicious grilled caprese sandwich and lattes. Great service, too! Offered to make a half caf specialty latte when saw me having a hard time choosing based on caffeine content. And threw in 2 extra pickles for the pregnant lady in the car. :)

The owners are great folks. They work hard to make sure everything is excellent, and it is. I have bought ground coffee that they order for me . Always fresh and never a worry about getting my order. Great job Yuppie and Wray.

First time here this morning. I went through the drive thru and got their "red eye" coffee with shots of espresso. It was really good. The service was friendly, and I like the original menu. Ill be going back again.
