Who are all these people saying that the employees here arent friendly? Ive been coming here for several years, and Ive never felt unwelcome by anyone who works here. Sometimes, you get what you give, though. Maybe theyre not getting warmly greeted (?).This place is awesome. Ive even brought a dog in when I just popped in for something to go. They always have water outside for pups to drink, and when we were ordering, they gave me some dog biscuits for him. So, it doesnt make sense to say animals arent welcome. Im sure they dont want them in the back seating area or, especially, out on the patio, which would probably freak out the house rabbit.

Have lived in Northside for over half my life. Absolutely the rudest staff. Have gone there twice, the first time I was not greeted or acknowledged in the slightest. I didnt want to hold that one time against them, so I gave them another try. Same exact thing. But each time, the next white person that walked through the door after me was greeted and asked about their day. I guess the staff is instructed to only pay attention to white people that walk in. Dont give these rude, racist people youre money , theres better coffee places, especially in Northside.

Love this place and the atmosphere is alsome. Was looking for a coffee shop that served a more sweet coffee because each coffee shop has a different style in northside weather its from the old fashioned versions with honey and steam or this place that has everything for a sweet coffee drinker to a tea drinker would dream of and yes people love them that much so its likey to get a lil crowded at certain time but they are very fast at what they do. My new mommy treat spot.

When is good its good when its bad its bad and you never quite know what your gonna get with Side Winder. Most times I go in coffee and food are are great but, frequently enough to be worthy of mention, coffee, or pastries will be stale or milk for my latte will be scorched as if its been reheated one too many times. then that its a great space to work and hangout.

What a gift to discover this marvelous NS neighborhood and this terrific coffee place. Ive moved from Seattle where there is a SB on every corner, but aside from the fact that SW does not carry cranberry orange scones, this has become my favorite coffee house. Good local decormand a very friendly and accommodating staff bobbers

A bohemian coffee place. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. A little pricey, but not as corporate & comparable in price to Starbucks. Healthy & not food options, with vegan & gluten free choices. Small outdoor area with a resident bunny during warmer months.

Go there everyday after work, great atmosphere with courtyard type seating in the back with 2 awesome bunnies. Coffee is always awesome no matter which drink I try, which is certainly more than I can say about other coffee places in the area.

Coffee is fantastic, new daily fair trade offerings. Love their Mexican Mocha, in which they add cayenne and cinnamon. Food selection is limited, but what they offer is delicious. Inviting back patio, friendly bunny.

Incredibly friendly staff, with a cozy interior. The chai tea I order is always amazing and served promptly. It is tasty while I admire local art work that is often on sale. Their is also an outdoor patio.

Coziest spot in Northside, fenced off dining area in back is a work of art. Great coffee, love the dill tuna salad sandwich with a big bowl of grapes. Staff is warm and friendly.
