Decent food. Uncle Yips down the road is still by far my favorite Chinese food in Cincinnati, but this was much higher quality than most Chinese food in the area. My husband ordered Kung Pao chicken, and really liked it. My mother-in-law ordered cashew chicken and I ordered Yushang eggplant. We both thought our food was a bit bland. All of the sauces from all three dishes were very sweet. Where most eggplant dishes absorb the flavors of the sauce, I think my eggplant may have been undercooked, because it tasted only like bland eggplant. When I ate my leftovers the next day, it was much better because the eggplant had absorbed some of the sauce. My eggplant was supposed to be spicy according to the menu, but it wasnt spicy at all. The portion size was a bit small for the price (dinner menu, my husband has gotten lunch there before, and said the portions were much better for the price). On the bright side, the crab rangoons were perhaps the best weve ever gotten.

This place is terrible. The service sucks. They just threw whatever they wanted in the bag and never asked what kind of drink we wanted. When the delivery arrived 40 mins later, the delivery guy kept calling, and never came to the door. When I finally opened the door wondering where he was, he was yelling up the staircase for me to walk to get my food! The food I ordered was dry, overcooked, and had hair in it. I would give zero stars if I could! Online its called China 99, but the menu says China Star. Located at 2419 foster, Brooklyn NY Do not order if you care about ur health

The best Chinese I have had in Cincinnati. After living in California and New York, its been challenging to find high-quality Chinese and we finally found it! Appetizers were great- pan fried dumplings and chili oil wontons, followed by ma po tofu (the best Ive had outside California), salt and pepper squid, and the crispiest sweet and sour pork you can imagine. With 2 beers and a soda, we came in at $71- a great price for the experience. There are so many other dishes we want to try, we will definitely be back!

这东西好好吃啊，那个香辣螃蟹，吃了又想吃，环境也很舒服，宽敞，吃完饭还可以直接去唱歌，而且吃完饭，唱歌还有优惠，太划算了，价格也很合理，下次还会在去，周一到周四有学生证还有打折，给一个大赞

I wish I could give the dim sum a 0. The food was extremely salty and service was slow. They have karaoke room, which was really loud. Pork buns were 10 bucks for 3 and cheese veggie which was so bad cost 9.95. I came because of an article written and they must have paid the guy to write that. I ordered 5 things that cost us 40 bucks and left most not eaten. I went to Chipotle next to it afterward. Stay away!!!

Good Chinese food - not American Chinese,.Closer to authentic Chinese. Try asking for Xiao long bao and they also have some off menu things. You can ask for that if you know your way around Chinese food They also have karaoke rooms if you want, but thats a separate charge. You can ask to give it a try if you eat here, they might give you a test spin especially if its not crowded.

This is by far the best Chinese food in Cincinnati. Very fast and friendly service and the food was delicious..I am from NYC and this place reminded me of the quality of New York Citys Chinese restaurants in Queens that mainly cater to locals who are Asian and demand truly great authentic Chinese dishes. A unique and great place if you hunger for real Chinese dishes!

I had dinner here several times. Excellent food and service every time. My first visit was when they just opened, and just three tables. Then each time I visited, they just busier and busier. A good sign that their food and service has attracted customers to go back again and again.

The food is pretty great. Everything we ordered was fast and flavor was on point. The ginger lobster we ordered was really good. Update 4/22/17: Food here is still really good. Staff has been really kind to my family since we had a child. Come for the food. Stay for the service.

Good food and clean. Food is served in center of table on lazy susan for sharing. Karaoke rooms available for reservation. Lots of fun. Good place for groups. Came with a work group would like to come back on a weekend night with some friends.

We had one of their karaoke rooms for a half hour and it was awesome. A private room with two microphones, seating for 6 and a private bathroom. It was a good time that Ive seen on the movies but didnt think Id find in cinci. So fun!

They have TWO menus. Be sure to ask for the authentic Asian one if you want stuff like intestine, frog legs, tripe... Etc. Basically anything Americans dont usually eat. Otherwise youll be stuck with the boring white people menu.
