The rule of thumb in judging a good "Mexican" restaurant is if they make their own tortillas, how about the beans....are they from a "can"? And instant rice?... give me a break!!!....this is not "real" Mexican...I think Taco Bell is better!!!...at least you know you are paying a low price for poor food. If you had an opportunity to travel to the southwest or lived in Texas…you know this restaurant would not stand a chance....Rancho Grande ...give the gringos some REAL Mexican food!!!....if a Mexican food place is part of a chain....don’t go...Try El Pueblo Blue Ash...way better....

Fast, friendly service. We arrived just at the end of the time for lunch specials, and by the time the waitress took our orders it really was past time. Yet, she still willingly allowed us to order the items we wanted from that menu. The chicken taco salad was delicious - lots of moist, flavorful shredded chicken and a generous portion of sour cream. I need to come back for dinner sometime!

Some of the tacos here are downright shameful, like the tacos al carbon that was as tough as cardboard and tasted like stew meat with so much gristle that I had pull out big chunks that could not be chewed. Suprised that the resturant was crowded. Would go out of business in Tucson or Phoenix as the Mexican resturants there have excellent food. Stay away and save your money.

Ive been here twice and both times the service has been excellent and the food is phenomenal. My husband has his steak and cheese burritos custom made each time and they are always happy to do customizations. Romero is very friendly and loves to make sure his customers are satisfied. You can tell all the food is fresh and made with love.

The chips and salsa were excellent. The server couldnt have been nicer; we required something special for everything we ordered. Whether we wanted a plate split between two people, no cheese on the beans, lemon in the Pepsi, etc., the server was happy to oblige. This place is fantastic!

The food is authentic and consistently good quality. Staff is very friendly and the manager is eager to provide a great experience for his patrons. Service can be a little slow at times, but overall a great place to eat! My wife and I stop in for dinner almost every week.

We have been coming here for years. The staff is always on the ball, the food is always fresh, and the margaritas are among my wifes favorite! For us, the key has been to come on a week night. Plenty of tvs for the sporting events. We always look forward to coming here!

Hands down my favorite place to eat in the area. Excellent food, excellent service, extremely friendly and the prices are very good. Chips are great, and if you order the HOT salsa... you will be in for a treat. I recommend the Chicken Chimichangas. Muy Bueno!
