I work for a large Company in Marietta. We order large lunch orders that we have catered to the office and we order often. Today we received our lunch order 40 minutes early and they got the order wrong. Our executives that are driving in to this meeting will now be eating cold food because it got here so early! The manager could not seem to figure out what to do to compensate this mistake. Big FAIL ZOES! I love their food and our executives love their food. VERY DISAPPOINTED. UPDATE: 9/10/16. Ordered a large lunch for the folks in the office and they forgot to add food. It was super busy and there was no table to put the big bag of food on you check the order. I specifically asked if the bag had been to make sure everything was there and the lady at the counter said yes. I had to go back up there and pick it up. 9/13/16. This time the delivery driver showed up to our business with the wrong order. He had the receipt with the correct address, so Im not sure why this happened. He of course, blamed it on Zoes.The last driver showed up drunk. That time the manager at Zoes referred me over to the courier company ( she never called) and the manager over there wanted to argue with me. So I just hung up. Im not sure why they continue you use that courier service but its giving them a bad reputation. They did refund my entire order but this kind of stuff reflects poorly on me. Im very frustrated.

First time trying out Zoes (1 month ago), I called in a to go order at this location. I ended up waiting 20-30 minutes at the restaurant for an order I placed in advance. I was adamant about giving them another try because the food was really good. This time my daughter and I dined in thinking the service would be faster. Wrong. We waited 30 minutes for food at a fast food/convenience restaurant. I could have cooked an entire meal at home with this wait time. Im sticking to Panera from here on out. Giving them two stars for slow wait times. They did have friendly employees (and threw in a free cookie for waiting) so that was refreshing.

I went into Zoes for the first time last Friday, based on word of mouth I received from friends. I stood in line for a few minutes and decided on a Greek chicken pita and a side of rice pilaf. I waited for over 20 minutes and when I finally received my meal, I got comfortable and started eating. With my first bite, I could taste what was rancid lettuce that left a nasty taste in my mouth. I opened the pita up and could see that the lettuce was bad off and the pita was hardly portioned between meat, cheese, and produce. I ended my meal there without even touching the pilaf - this was a disappointing experience at the least.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Placed an order through the Zoes app and had my daughter pick it up for our Daddy-Daughter Date Night. As can happen at any place, there was a snafu. We didnt realize until after my daughter arrived with the food. The food was great ... but there was an item missing. I called the store and spoke with Jerry, one of the managers. He was apologetic and very gracious. The snafu would not have changed whether I ever dined at Zoes again, but the way Jerry handled the situation guarantees I will continue to dine there!

Ive ordered from this location 3 times, and 3 times theyve gotten it wrong. First time was spinach roll ups adding chicken and the white beans - I got a chicken pita with pasta salad. 2nd order was the same one - I got spinach roll ups and fruit. 3rd order was spinach rolls up with chicken and roast veggies - I got only spinach roll ups. Will make no attempt to go back again if I cannot get what I order and subsequently pay for. Food is good, hence the 2 stars at least, but have yet to receive the food I wanted.

My girlfriend and I went to Zoes for a quick dinner. She got the Chicken Pita and I got the Mediterranean chicken and we had a hummus starter. Everything (salad, hummus, beans, pita bread) was absolutely fresh and delicious. However, the chicken was TERRIBLY dry, tough and tasteless to the point where we both couldnt eat it. Had the chicken been decent this would have been a 5 star review. Service was great. They had made 2 lentil soups by mistake and manager compd then for us.

Well, I wanted to eat here but after twice getting my order wrong and then the manager arguing with me, saying essentially that I was either wrong, lying or otherwise full of crap - I gave up on him, the meal and Zoes- at least this location. This is my second trip here to have a meal with family AND the second time someone in our party has an issue with their meal and the service. Im done with these folks. Buyer beware!

I really love this Mediterran place! So many options to eat and very modern environment! I used to cater from them all the time and this place just has a variety of healthy options. I love the Greek chicken salad or the spinach rolls with a lemonade! They use very fresh ingredients and everything Ive ever tried her is so good! Just come eat here and tantalize your taste buds!

Frequent customer of Zoes but last 2 visits I have been disappointed in cleanliness of dining area and restroom. Table tops are dirty and sticky. Beverage area a mess w puddles and drips. Low on lemon slices. Low on utensils. One toilet in restroom as other is out of order. Napkins instead of paper towels

I have ordered from this location many times and the level of service continues to decline. The last order in mid July was delivered to the wrong address. Once it finally arrived, it was an hour late. I have requested a receipt via phone and cell phone from the manager and have not received it.

Excellent food choices with prices just a bit higher but worth it. Clean & contemporary and service is fast and knowledgeable. Parking was a problem due to limited spaces but nearby parking available with a short walk. I recommend this to all ages and eating styles.

Raymun and Josh were excellent!! Suggested items in the menu and provides too quality customer service. My boyfriend and I had been a welcomed with open arms for our1ST time. Good is fresh, tasty, different and their restaurant score is a "91". Thx guys!!

Great food. Quality service. A little pricey. But what health spot isnt. My only complaint is that the lamb is mixed with beef so I cant try it, as I dont eat beef. Other than that this visit was solid. Try the trio salad bowl with chicken!

Company catering from this place. Food was terrible & tasteless. Employee was extremely rude & inconsiderate. I dont eat there anyway but my comment goes company suggestion box, not to re-order from this place.
