Worst customer service ever. I ordered on Grubhub and they called me and said the dish I ordered wasnt available. Some rude uneducated Chinese woman just told me to deal with Grubhub myself. I told her I was busy please call Grubhub and cancel the order for me. They said it was not possible for them to do that and hang up. I kept calling and they kept hanging up. Eventually they have to cancel the order for me because I was occupying their phone line. They said I was being unreasonable and obnoxious unlike their "American“ customers.My point is they are supposed to fix their mistakes, but they refused because they are lazy, rude, and just dont care about their customer. By the way, the food is disgusting and greasy. Im traumatized by their mapo tofu and rib tips. I only ordered from them because they have a delivery minimum of $10 unlike other places with minimum of $15. So if you like cheap gross Chinese food served by a bunch of racists, this is the perfect place for you.

The food was delicious! I order Chinese take out very often. This seemed more like authentic Chinese food! The service was great and I love how the restaurant looks inside. They remodeled it very nicely. I live pretty far from this restaurant, but I am willing to take a train ride just to get some more of the Chinese eggplant and chicken with garlic sauce!

Food is good! Just dont order anything fancy and youll be fine. They can cook a mean sesame chicken and pork and broccoli. Service: awful. Its literally ran like a fast food restaurant, and absolutely nobody is serving you. Your food is put on a tray on the counter and you throw away your own trash in the fast food style trash can.

I have been going to Jade for many years because I work in the area. The place is clean and the service is quick. My issue is when I order fried rice it really wasnt fried rice to me. At least put some vegetables in it. Three pieces of onions isnt enough in my mind.

The worst restaurant in nyc and old Chinese guy behind the desk is racist. I ordered food one night it took more than an hour call the restaurant and the old man lied to me while was talking to his delivery guy. Columbia University doesnt like the restaurant.

Food is really good! Often order here but there is always a rude lady acting like they dont have what I want and keeping me on hold on the phone to answer other people when I call before them. They need to get that lady out of there
