I am so delighted when Il Falco opened in my neighborhood. It is the only high-end place near us in Long Island City other than M Well Steakhouse. The location used to be another Italian restaurant so it keeps its old decor for the most part. My husband and I came here for Valentines Day and it was a great surprise! They have fresh cheese imported from Italy and they cut it right in front of you for the appetizer and the portion is very generous! We also got the pear and arugula salad and it is very fresh and the pear is amazing. For entree, I tried the tricolor pasta dish and it is fabulous! They combined 3 flavors of pasta dishes, pesto gnocchi, ravioli and red vodka penne. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Talk about an Italian Restaurant with standards! I dined there for a business meeting and Im not a fan of Italian restaurants because Ive always felt none have really stood out....until now. The service was excellent! The food was delicious! The presentation and the decor is gorgeous! I just really loved it.

Superb classic Italian dishes with service to match. Our water glasses were never empty, utensils replaced after every dish and our Caesar salads and sabayon were served table side. Great find in Queens.
