Great food! We walked in here for an early dinner after doing wine tastings all afternoon. The food uses simple ingredients to showcase the bounty of California. We had a wonderful chicken dish over fresh arugula with mozzarella cheese and fennel. It was simple, yet perfectly balanced and tasty! We also got the lobster risotto, o my, so decadent! Of course, they had a great selection of the local wine, especially Gregory Graham. We loved this place so much that we came back later in the week during our vacation. I think this is one of the best restaurants on Clearlake. You must go!!

I come here pretty regularly with a large group, and the food and service are always top notch. The private room they have out back is especially cozy and perfect for small to medium sized groups. I appreciate that the menu has both their signature dishes plus chef specials or something new. The prices are very reasonable and worth he quality of the food. I also like to recognize businesses like the Saw Shop that are extremely active in their community through Rotary, local schools, and about 100 other great causes.

We love the setting off this place, but after returning time and time again hoping for improvement off the menu, we will NOT be returning! We had two rounds off undrinkable drinks from a new bartender, and the salads were served AFTER all the other food. Then the bill came and we were astonished. Never again.

Best food in Lake County. Went twice during our week long stay because it was so good. They had a great specials menu with lots of seafood. Great wine list featuring many local wineries. The restaurant was full of local art pieces, one of which we brought home with us. Definitely a must if youre in the area.

Lovely Restaurant - Bistro. We stopped by to ask for take-out sandwiches, as we were traveling with our dog. They offered to put some heaters on the enclosed front porch so we could have their awesome food. We had their burger and the Fish and Chips, and both were delicious! And the fries... <3

The food here was good but the service was awesome! We got stranded when our taxi couldnt fit everyone after waiting for an hour and our bartender comped us our drinks. It was a very sweet gesture and it made a potential bad situation that much better!

What a lovely place! The place has great ambiance, the service is excellent and the food was great! Try the crab cakes...excellent ceaser salad dressing! And teh catfish was awesome! Also, they have a small but great local wine list!

Food is decent but charging Napa prices in Lake, and the service is atrocious. Would be better if the owner would stay home and let someone serious handle things.
