I have been ordering from this Pizza Hut for many years. At first never had a issue with it then after awhile maybe they got a new manager not sure it went down hill. I have worked in the pizza industry for 6 years. Every time I have ordered from this pizza hut some thing has gone wrong. Last time I ordered 03/09/12, I ordered the stuffed pizza with pineapple. The pineapple tasted bad and was not sweet at all and had mold on it and smelled like mold. I called the pizza hut and of course got the rude manager like always. I have always had arguments with this manager. She makes excuses for everything and why she can not credit you anything even though you paid for it and you should get what you pay for. When I called I told her about the pineapple issue. This is what she had to say. "Mam, I opened that pineapple myself this morning. Also, Pizza Hut changed there pineapple. I just found out this morning when I tasted it. I can assure you their is nothing wrong." first of all, I wish I had it recorded. Because even though I typed it nicely, doesnt mean she said it that way. She was very rude and told me she will not credit it!!! Its my money! How dare you tell me that im paying you and you did something wrong and wont fix it! Please, Do not order from here. This pizza hut is just not how a business should be ran.

If I could put a 0 I would I gave them the address to the in town suites in elk Grove il they are only 5 miles from the motel and they said the could deliver and it would be 1 hour and 1/2 when they didnt show up i called them and they said they couldnt deliver to me after they took my card number and all the info on my card , they told me that it would be at least 2weeks or more before I got my money back on my card so I called corporate office and the said that it would only be 24 to 48 hours and my money should be back on my card and if not I told them I would file theft charges with my bank i wouldnt use this store ever again since the lie and steal from me the lady that I talked to about why my food wasnt here was very rude

This location was horrible! The pizza was reheated and very greasy. When my son and I entered the place I told them what we wanted off the $5 menu and the staff member told me he didnt see the $5 menu. He first took my order that came out to $19 and some change and I then told him it should not be that much. After telling me "Im sorry I dont know what to tell you" I then asked him to get his manager to help him. The manager came and showed him what to do. There were no customer service skills displayed. He didnt try to help. After the pizza was done they asked for a receipt when we clearly had just ordered. Horrible experience. We are from Texas the hospitatily state so this behavior was rude. I wont go there again.

I live literally right by pizza hut and they take about 2 hours. I mean, if its gonna take that long, AT LEAST make it taste good. The dough is so thin and soggy, theres barely any sauce, and once when my mom ordered, it took 3 HOURS and they still werent there so she called so they gave her a 10 dollar discount for next time, but next time, when she called, THEY SAID NO about the 10 dollar discount. I also cant order online because it says they dont deliver to my area. Youve delivered here before. Absolute TRASH. I do NOT recommend ordering from here. I am so happy that im not the onlymone that this happened to so tou guys know how bad this is!

The best recommendation I could offer would be to never order from here. Weve ordered from them twice and been disgusted with the service provided. One time it took almost two hours to get a pizza delivered approximately 1.4 miles down the street. Shame on me for making the mistake of ordering from them again and standing in the store for 20 minutes to pay for my food when their system was down only to be told I couldnt have my food until the system came online. Ive been made a fool of too many times with this joke of an establishment.

Must be new owners or the staff just doesnt care. I used to order from this location many times but now its just a box of bread with a puddle of grease on top. The store was already closed once I got home so I had to throw it out! I didnt even take a bite from it, the "pizza" stuck to the bottom of the box and litterally fell apart when you tried to take a slice out and dripped everywhere; it was disgusting! I will never order from here again, I was very upset and wasted my money.

I ordered online and they sent me wrong pizza, if you dont believe me then email me I have both receipts and picture of pizza. I tried to explain that I dont have a car and thats why i chose delivery option, they did not come back to change my pizza. I think staff was not friendly at all. I got little angry because of their behavior.

Very rude employees. I came in multiple times, and have complaints about each time. From the doors being locked during open hours, to the employees putting their shoes up on the table they cut and box the pizza Disgusting. I will not be coming back here, and suggest you avoid this place as well. Greasy pizza, rude workers. Ugh.

Horrible service the guy had no clue what they were promoting the over stuffed pizza took three minutes for him to realize they had the pizza then when I came to pick up the order they forgot to make it so I had to wait and extra twenty minutes for the pizza this is not the frist issues I had with the place

Is this even the right number for this location? For some reason, no one there will answer the phone during their business hours. I would think thatd be a pretty big piece of their business. We called the other Pizza Hut in Schaumburg and they responded immediately. The choice seems obvious...

I ordered online but requests were ignored. The marinara sauce for the breadsticks was ice cold and there was no microwave at the park where we ate it. The toppings were extremely sparse. The breadsticks were overcooked. I just cant think of any reason to order from here again.

Worst experience ever!!! Place was empty when we got there and we still had to wait almost an hour before we got our food. Our waiter, who was a shift manager, was rude and while he was waiting on us, he was watching tv. The only good thing about the place was leaving it!!!

This place sucks @$$ they dont seat you, they take forever to take an order, and when you order they dont even have what they advertise. I will never come here again. If you want good service go somewhere else. Only one star because they brought me the food eventually

Just ignore this hut not for the sake food but for the sake of Staff. They were so reckless. I ordered my food and it was 2 hours past still didnt get my food and cancelled it and the staff is very lite on it.
