Be very careful... Placed an order online for delivery. They charged me for it, but it never came. A half an hour after it was supposed to be here I called, and they said they tried calling and when they couldnt get ahold of me the canceled the order....the reason? They didnt have a delivery person. (They used white pages to look up the number via address...which didnt work because I dont have a land line. My cell number was on the order they just didnt look) So they asked if I wanted to come pick it up and I did...well they had thrown everything out, and when they remade the order it was only ONE item of the order...they didnt thin it was strange my first bill was $40, and one pizza comes to $12. They claimed they refunded my money, but could not prove it. I also have not received a refund on my card yet.... They also made me pay again. I dont expect freebies but youd think after they already charged me and didnt get the order right...they would just Comp the food. Nope. They took a simple situation and made it terribly complicated. Awful.

ordered online at 7pm ,estimated delivery was 30-40 minutes. i gave it an extra 20min just in case they where backed up, at 810 pm i call and after waiting for someone to answer for over 30 min the guy that answered refused to give his name then told me the order is on its way and will be at my house in less than 10min. 30 min later at 910pm no order ever showed up and the manager refused to take my call according to the same guy who refused to give his name. luckily i had ordered from a different restaurant further away and got my order in less than 30min or else my kids would of duck taped me to the wall...... all in all this PIZZA HUT location is a scam,they had no problem taking my money. do not order from here,do not go eat here.. the order tracker actually stayed at "were making your order" of several hours.. if was able to give it a negative star rating i would but 1 star is the lowest smh....

Ordered my pizza at 7:30 tonight tried calling plenty of times and was on hold for the longest its 9:30 i finally got a hold of them and the manager said that for some reason my order was canceled but they sure were quick to take the money off my card and now I have to wait 24 hours to get my refund but they took it out right away this is the worst experience with any pizza place and I will never ever order from this place no more so now im stuck with no pizza and find out 3 hours later and without my money for 24 hours really bad managing at this place never ever will recommend this place to noo one Im very disappointed very....im so pist right now ...

Save your time & your money. We have ordered from this pizza hut several times over the last 10 yrs & we regret it every time. If they make a mistake (which they do every single time) they refuse to refund your money. From raw uncooked dough, to incorrect toppings & our latest adventure of the pizza showing up demolished from what appeared to be a tumble, pizza hut never fails to disappoint us. We spent 30 minutes trying to contact them via telephone, dropped calls busy signals & "technical difficulties" prevented us from doing so. Unfortunately for pizza hut we will be taking our 50$ orders elsewhere.

This place is terrible. I drove 20 minutes because they didnt deliver to my house, waited 25 minutes for my order, only to realize halfway home that it was completely wrong. I called and was offered the money I spent as credit to the store to come back when I wanted and receive the correct order. When I actually tried to use the credit they told me they didnt have credit for me to use despite me giving them all of my information. Never going to this Pizza Hut again.

Very poor management ordered at 8oclock pizza never came hour later called back they said they had one driver so went to pick it up 2hrs later they had to remake my order when I got there to pick it up the big lady said her name was Ricky had a piss poor attitude rolled her eyes and said here we go when I asked if they would give me credit turned out to be an argument told me to go back to the projects. Really poor service

Took 70 min to get cold dessert bread, lukewarm poppers, and cheese bread. Rude delivery guy, slammed storm door because I told him it cost half his tip. Sorry I have him any tip. Manager was polite, and did offer to give me a$10.00 credit on my account.I thanked him, and told him we had ordered from there twice. The first, and the last time.

i ordered a pizza and they showed up at a different house. not just down the street or around the block... but in the next town over. when i tried to call the store they have automated messages and no one answers the phone. ive been on the line listening to the same automated messagr for over 15 minutes. save your money and go somewhere else

Takes forever for things that should be so simple. Came in one time and waited 45 minutes. I found out the oven wasnt working properly but they werent telling customers until after they had paid so they wouldnt lose the sales but the customers were stuck waiting. There are plenty of options around here, I suggest you chose somewhere else.

Ordered food for a hotel room I was staying at, only to have the order take 90 minutes, be completely cold (it was 30 degrees and it tasted like the pizza sat in the guys car/refrigerator) even the boxes were cold. I tried calling back but they were closed. So I have come online to complain because they dont seem to actually care.

Absolutely horrible service and the place is discusting inside. Ordered at 7pm was told 20 minutes and it is now 7:40pm and im still in the lobby waiting as im writing this. Phones are ringing non stop and no one is answering. The lady was very rude when i told her i wont be back as this is the second time this has happened.

This is the absolute worst Pizza Hut I have ever had to deal with. EVERY SINGLE ORDER I EVER HAD WITH THEM IS ALWAYS WRONG OR MISSING SOMETHING AND THEY ARE ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS LATE!!!!! If there were other locations I would never order from this place ever !!!! Terrible service terrible!!!!!!!!

This is not even worth giving it a star.. my order was due at 7:24 ordered at 7:00 its already 7:55 and order is not even ready people come and go and are waiting here also.. worst possible place to order pizza from. Honestly that place needs new management or leadership..

Absolutely horrible. Made an order online and it never showed up. Ive contacted corporate HQ and Im awaiting a response. Update: corporate has been in contact with me, and theyre looking into this location. Ive noted that this place is rated 2 stars by the community.

I just want to say Ive never spoken to a more rude person ... This business needs to re evaluate thier business policy on how to treat customers ! Never try to order delivery here they can not provide and should not advertise delivery services....Very poor PIZZA HUT!
