I dont think I have ever not had a 5 star experience at a DQ until now! I ordered a mini blizzard and when it was given to me it was NOT turned upside down as blizzard normally are. I had no idea if the consistency was correct in the blizzard because I sure in hell wasnt going to risk turning it upside down (Im not crazy!) It of course was delicious and the service was great but I was haunted by the thought of my blizzard being inferior. I might have to go back and have another just to see if it happens again...

Gfs birthday so i shower up last minute thinking there would be alot of cakes but the freezer was out so yhey didnt have alot. They whipped up a brand new one suuuper fast and helped decide the decoration that turned out awesome!! Good thing for great employees like andre being there!!

The customer service in the drive thru needs to improve. The blizzard was horrible. The heathbar that was used tasted as if it had been sitting for months. Ive never had such rude customer service. If they dont like working in customer service, then they should find a job they like

I placed an order (in advance) for 50 blizzards, and they were all ready on time when we came to pick up the next morning. Ive been back once since, and the service was also good. Ive heard this is the best DQ in the Milwaukee metro area, and its probably true.

Staff are nice. Ice cream is great. I wish they would tidy it up outside just a tad. There are better places in the area for a higher price. I docked them an extra point cause I feel their hot food is not are good as I want it to be.

The place sucked it was dirty slow and what DQ dont have chocolate ice cream come on now the one in Waupaca wis is great thay have the regular quart size the other one gave 2 soda cups that one needs to be looked at thanks

Ive been shopping here for years. I know a few of the staff members. Awesome people. Very inclined in the work they do as well as willing to interact about your day. Very positive. Great food. Great ice cream. Try it out

The $5 buck lunch is what I ordered. The fry was half full so I asked if this is all it came with and they gave me more. The food was hot and delicious and the service was ok.
