The eldery lady who was the cashier was very rude. It was busy and I was next in line. She had to make a big scene and yell at me real loud and rude (without eye contact), "CAN I HELP YOU?" As if I didnt just see her give the previous customer their receipt and wasnt on my way walking to her. She refused to give me a cup that was supposed to go with my meal. She said I was lying when I asked for a cup and asked to look at receipt. At that moment she was salty (unlike their fries). She handed me my cup in a rudely manner. I believe she was racist. The lady who was calling out the numbers and giving out the food on the other hand was good. Just wish their ketchup machine wasnt always down. I also wish the place was clean and sanitized. Also, they take no pride in making the food look good. It looks rushed and sloppy.

It was a very bad experience. I went threw the drive thru and we order a 10 piece chicken nugget with fries. The speaker was not working so we left for the window. The lady there gave us our order, we payed and then we saw our fries were not there. She did not get them. Then we asked her if we could buy some fries. She rudely told us we cannot add something to our order. Then we asked her if we could get some buffalo sauce. Annoyed, she turned around, grabbed whatever sauce she sauce and gave it to us. It wasnt buffalo sauce. The food was great, the service was not.

Recently I ordered 4 Ham Egg & Cheese Croissantwhiches, and 2 hashbrowns through the drive thru. When i got home I realized I was given only 2 sandwiches, and the wrong size hashbrowns. While I agree its my own fault for not checking before I left I still would have liked some money back for the lack of food I received. When i called the following afternoon I was asked to wait on hold for a manager and then hung up on. TWICE. I will never be going back to this location. Ever.

Not a great experience. Waited for 20 minutes for our order then decided to check in the status. Apparently they lost our order. When we finally got our orders, we switched it to To-Go because we ran out of time to eat. Opened the cheeseburgers and the buns were hard. On the plus side the fries were good. Its not the nicest atmosphere Ive seen but they had a new coke machine that was pretty cool except for only one side of it worked the other was out of order.

Horrible, cashier had an attitude over sauce. Then I had to wait 10 minutes for my them to bring my food out, just for the girl to tell me she just gave the wrong order to the previous customer, which was MY order. And now I have to wait an additional 20 minutes just so they make my order all over again. Unprofessional, and inexperienced. Next time Ill go in the south side on Burnham to Burger King!

I come here a lot and they are always busy and thats about the only downside. Other than that the food is great nice hot and fresh to order and I think that is why it is always busy. Good customer service the store is a little dirty but what do you expect for a place that is busy all the time. Great food excellent customer service. Never had them mess an order up on me yet. :)

I usually refrain from fast food. It has been years. However the other day I decided to try the wopperito meal. After 10 minutes of waiting I was told it would be another 10 minutes. I asked for a refund and tried again yesterday. This time the wait was only 10 minutes long without an additional 10. Needless to say, I was and am disappointed.

The absolute worst fast food place....The last three times I have gone through the Drive Thru I have been given the wrong order. When I call to complain they want me to drive back over and through State Fair traffic for them to correct their mistake. I am amazed at the incompetence of their staff at this Burger King.

I think the only reason it gets business is because there are no other options in the nearby area. This Burger King consistently gets orders wrong. During the morning rush hour, employees can be seen meandering or having long conversations and just standing. Its not a restaurant, is a social club...for its employees.

I love BK just not this location. Everytime I go here its either terrible food or terrible service. If Im spending nearly $8 for a fast food meal, please dont make my burger like its off the dollar menu (kids, the dollar menu is a thing we once had that offered us economy al la carte options).

Last visit I was pleasantly surprised that the burgers tasted fresh and made to order. Have kinda avoided BK for a while because it always seemed like i was getting a reheated not all that great product. Maybe I should try the hot dogs.
