Ordered food tonight for me and one other. When I got home my fries where hard as a rock and Coney was gross. After calling the manager on duty, she informed my that she knew that the coney was old and it should have been thrown out an hour and a half ago. I was instructed to bring my card back up for a refund. After driving all the way back she would not refund my order only a few dollars. Terrible food!! Terrible service!! There are other joints in the area that want your business!

the drive through lady (april) charged me doudle for my meal and when i got tired of her of explaining my order i asked for my money back and she shorted me $10. i went back through the drive through and she argued and eventully she gave me my money back. i requested a manager and she said she was the manager....once i told her i was gonna call is when she dishes out the money.

Had a cheese burger and onion rings. The patty was so small almost as thin as a slice of cheese. Put on too much mayo. Onion rings where great very sweet. I was sick to my stomach the next day. I placed my order after my daughter. My food came before hers and the girl said they forgot her order had to wait another 15 min for them to make it. Wont go back again.

If your in a hurry dont go to sonic. On a Sunday night we went and we were ready to order and clicked the button and no one answered. We sat there for 10 minutes them we thought the intercom was broken and went to the other side clicked the button and no one answered. We waited 5 minutes. Then we left.

You dont sell a morning drink stop 1.49 large ice coffee in a medium!!!! Clearly the employees are not trained correctly or this store is not following protocol. Give me a discounted medium I wouldnt have complained, but cheat on the drink size with me and Ill take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible!!! We ended up leaving drive thru. The girl says can u wait a moment. Sure then 15 min later we said hello??? Girl says can u wait a moment. No I said. She says u cant wait a moment? NO. Then another 5 min we left

Went there today for the first time. Not impressed. I ordered chicken strips and tater tots. I paid apprx. $7 for cold food that tasted subpar. Customer service was good but they also got my order wrong. Not worth the price.

This is the slowest place. If my wife didnt want a shake so bad I would have. 20 minutes to get someone to even take my order. Ive been here a few times its quick occasionally but more often then not service is terrible.

This place is the worst. 3 times (and the last time) in a row they have gotten our drive thru order wrong. Each time it is correct on the receipt so either they are incompetent or just dont care. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Service was good. However the food was terrible, burger was burnt, dry and cold. We ordered 3 all were the same. Just thrown together and then put in a bag. The fries and tots as cold as our drinks. Try a different Sonic.
