Slowest drive thru I have ever experienced. Of the local choices for drive thru food, I prefer Taco Bell. However, this location has consistently slow drive thru service. Once, I had to wait 20 minutes from start to finish. Today was the last straw. I had to wait 30 minutes, after I ordered... on a Sunday afternoon. I called to talk to the manager, but I was told he was busy. Turns out that someone ordered 9 twelve-packs of tacos. Okay, that kind of thing happens. But, I was given the further excuse that, "We only have one production line." What I heard was, We are making everyone else wait until we can complete this one order. I find it completely unexplainable why they were not able to make other smaller orders while they made this large order at the same time. Ridiculously large orders should not make everyone else wait. It is obvious to me that the management of this Taco Bell location completely lacks the ability to prioritize the process of fulfilling customer orders. The outcome of these experiences is that this Taco Bell location has lost my business for all time. Maybe if the management understood that they could lose someones business forever, in order to fill a one-time large order, they would work on prioritizing their process more effectively.

I never rate fast food places but as they say theres a first time for everything. You usually know what youreally getting into when you go to a taco bell but my experience here was terrible. My total time waiting in the drive through was about 20 minutes with 3 people in front of me and the dinning area was basically empty. While they were taking their sweet time they also forgot an item I ordered. The order was not complicated in the slightest. Ill probably never go here again. And these people want 15 bucks an hour.

First off, let me say I love Taco Bell in general and typically have a good experience at other locations. But this was the first time I went to this location and it was really bad. 1. Drive through had me go through a 7 item order before telling me to repeat because they werent listening. 2. When they were listening at the drive through they said "is that it" after every item! 3. When I got home I found that the nacho bell grande that they charged me for was a side nachos.

Pulled up about 8am in need of breakfast, drive through person asked me for my order. How could i know what to order since they had no breakfast menu posted outside? After ordering based off a commercial I remembered I pulled up to the window and waited almost 5 minutes with no human contact........i decided to drive away and dedicate myself to a healthier breakfast that day.

Be prepared to be nickeled and dimed. If you want to go from a hard shell to a soft shell they will charge you 10 cents a pop. Even if you wanna change a Doritos locos taco to a regular soft shell taco. If object to this blatant rip off they will tell you, "Its only 10 cents!" No other Taco Bell I have ever been to practices this sort of unfair charge. Avoid this location.

poor service. constantly getting my order wrong. I have been there on multiple occasions when I get the wrong food or only part of my order. If you HAVE to go to this location, make sure that you check everything twice, even if you are holding up the line at the drive thru. This location needs to get their act together.

No big problems here. I visit this location often and I only dislike that some of there products such as the meximelt and cheese roll up are not fully cooked. In other words, the shredded cheese that is supposed to be melted is often still shredded and cold, which sucks. Everything else seems fine though.

When well be able to give places negative stars??? It should go from - to + This place is a joke. I have NEVER been to a place thats this disorganized, rude, slow, dirty. Never EVER again. Id rather drive 3 miles out of the way and give someone else business. This location should be closed down.

Very helpful drive-thru employees. Fastest service available. They even took their time to point out a way for me to get $1.50 off my Doritos Locos Tacos meal instantly, and got a free large drink because they said I was so polite to them. This is a great Taco Bell location.

Workers there frequently are very unprofessional, lack communication/listening skills and have no sense of urgency. This particular location. Does not even deserve 1 star. I have to go 3 miles down the street to a different location who actually had hired competent workers.

I wish I could leave negative stars!! This is the slowest drive-thru I have ever been in. Its supposed to be fast food but instead its almost time for our next meal already and we havent even gotten to the window yet. Wont be coming back here EVER!!!

Used to be one of the fastest Taco Bells around. Now it takes 15 min just to get through the drive thru every time. Horrible! Thats not fast food. I have been served my meal faster at the full service mexican restaurant across the street.

Consistently takes 10+ minutes going through the drive-thru, even if theres no one else in front of me. The opposite of "fast" food. My bad experiences outweigh the good ones at this location.

The staff is very stupid and rude. No one was available on the counter to take order. Atleast 5 employees were chatting in the kitchen. Never going back to this place Taco bell u f**kng suck!!
