So, Ive been to Five Guys twice now. And like my first time there. I left after my second visit thinking the same thing... this place is OVERPRICED! Yes, the quality of the food is THERE. Natural fries cooked in peanut oil(you can smell it). 100% beef burgers cooked well and never greasy. Great. But seriously? Almost $8 for a freaking double cheeseburger?! With really no difference than most places... no really interesting or crazy condiment choices... theyre not huge... theyre normal size burgers that are just a little better quality than some. Thats it! Why so damn expensive?! I guess maybe they try and make up for the steep price by throwing extra fries in the order. But, to me, NOTHING will justify a freakin normal burger and fries for $10 or more! Thats ridiculous! Maybe Im a cheap ass... but I CAN understand paying a little more for quality! But $8 for a burger?! $4 for a regular fries is justified by the amount you get. At least a place like AJ Bombers throws in some interesting things for their burgers to justify their prices... Cant say Ill be back anytime soon... especially since this is also the second time the cashier has seemed to be in a mood... if you dont like your job at least put on a friendly smile or quit... Oh, and another thing, the menu prices Google shows are NOT correct! I wish they were as the prices shown on here are actually reasonable!

You get to customize your Burger with Mayo, Mustard, Ketchup, Grilled Onions, Grilled Mushrooms etc. for no extra charge. Some variety with Fries with Cajun style as well, although they put too much seasoning on it. You feel you have to wipe you fingers every 30 seconds while eating them. Grimy stuff. A reasonable selection of Sodas and drinks plus bottled water. There is no EAT-IN option. By default all orders are packed (with excess paper and wrapping) for take-out. Irresponsible on the environment. The whole Peanuts that you can eat while you wait for your order is a nice feature. I availed of this. Never turn down Peanuts. No Milkshake or any dessert options. Just Burger, Dogs and Fries. The Burger was OK (time taken to prepare was 5 minutes which was also OK). But would I pay $13.23 for the whole thing? Probably not.

Simply put: I love Five Guys! Their hand cut fries are always perfectly done, and the burgers are delicious. A very good example of only having a few things on the menu, but doing them well. Heres a tip: They always give you a TON of fries, so grab a couple of extra cardboard "boats" from the peanuts to hold the extra fries!

Your choices for a drink are to spend 3$ on a damn soda or water that only comes in tiny mouth wash sized platic cups meant for the bathroom. They give you a bag of fries, but you cant get a cup of water??? it took 25 minutes to get my food and it wasnt even lunch time

Ok dont look for white table cloths or the sommelier to breeze by your tabe. DO lool flr amazing burgers all the way and fries that cannot be beat. Hedgehog principle in full effect here. Great burgers and fries all the time. Consistent and excellent!

Professional, prompt and delicious. They handle dietary restrictions kindly, and its clear that they really enjoy coming into work, the cooks were joking around and working hard, the manager here must be excellent!

Love this place. The staff are friendly and help out when ever asked. It can be loud but that causes of the mall crowd. Everything is fresh and cooked to order (cook only after its ordered).
