To whom it may concern; I am a previous employee at the Wings Etc. in Grayslake. I just recently quit my job because the owner left me no choice. He is running a meat market in his business he is sleeping with most of his employees, getting drunk on the job and bragging to the staff and guests of his sexual encounters. How is this proffesional? Isnt this supposed to be a respectful business? His brother Manni which is also part owner has been informed many occasions of concerns and has done absolutely a darn thing. I recently gave birth and a woman does not like any man let alone her boss to come up to them and grab their belly and poke fun and call them fat and then has the nerve to tell her she cant wear shorts because she isnt thin and has cottage cheese legs. This is a huge blow to my confidence. Something has to be addressed about these actions. He is a pervert and recently was accused of domestic battery on a employee already and this man still has a job really? Im highly considering filing sexual harrassment charges. Wings is a unhealthy and hostile environment. I also have been previously sick with strep throat and double ear infections. I had a doctors note to be excused for 3 days cause strep is highly contagious. I should not be preparing food and engaging with the guests. He responded Im sick too and u need to show up to this evenings shift. I am truly disgusted how this business runs. I will post on social media so everyone knows hows this Wings is about cause nothing about it as it seems.. Thank you.

I dont write many reviews, but this place pissed me off. Ive been to Wings Etc Grayslake twice and NEVER AGAIN. There is hardly any customer service outside of the supervisor/manager on the floor. The supervisor is the only reason why I give this place 2 stars. I forget his name, but he was promoted from with in the last 8 months. My ISSUES with Wings ETC. 1. This place understaffed. The waitresses just too busy to take our orders. We tired many times to flag them down. 2. The food is garbage. I ordered the quesadilla and they were below average to average. 3. The food took WAY TOO LONG. Granted they were busy, but the waitresses should let us know. They didnt do it and thats poor CS in my book. Personally the owner of this establishment doesnt care. Things havent improved over the months of bad reviews on Google and YELP. For the food and service, I agree with many other reviews and go to Buffalo Wild Wings. BBQ Productions in Grayslake is much better then this place.

Horrible experience. Server and bartender did their job fine. My burger came out with the separation paper still attached and bacon not cooked. The server took the paper to management and to voice my complaint. After 2 members of my party getting up to find a manager and everyone was done with their meals, (20minutes later) a manager finally came over and tried to apologize but wasnt very professional and was rude. I know the owner was on site as I saw him and know who he is, and we were told that he was not available and not on site. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I will never be coming back to this place again. I feel sorry for the employees there if this is how they treat their customers.

VERBAL ABUSE to Customers I am extremely disappointed to hear of the incident yesterday at the Grayslake Wings Etc. Several on duty police officers dining there were greeted with a "F$@k the Police" from a cook. This was after their food had been served and consumed. Then came the absolute slap in the face from Management who would only say that the employee was "repremanded". The Manager acknowledged that the incident occurred and assured it wouldnt happen again. Im pretty sure that guy would have been fired had I been the manager. Disrespecting a customer with profanity should not be tolerated as it is at the Grayslake Wings Etc. Good luck with the damage control.

We go here regularly, mostly for carryout. The wings and grilled buffalo chicken sandwich are delicious. Way better and meatier than B-Dubs. Two minor complaints: multiple times at takeout they have forgotten to put my ranch dressing sides in the bag, even when I paid for them. And dining in, Ive had mixed experiences, sometimes the server is very attentive, other times not so much, especially when we first sit down in the bar area where 10 minutes+ can pass without someone coming by. Overall solid place for the food though.

I love wings. I was excited when I saw them opening soon. I stopped in a few days after they opened. Around 5 in the afternoon. I asked if I could order for carry out and was told to go to the bar. So I sat down. There were about 15 people in the place, maybe 6 at the bar. There were three people behind the bar looking moderately busy talking to each other. One guy was making drinks. None of them ever looked at me. I felt I was being ignored. After about 7 minutes I walked out and never went back.

Well decided adter sitting there for over 10 minutes that Id go to Sammy across the street. Look its not yhe first time i have been there and the service was slow. In fact when i told my wife I was going there she said "good luck", she was right. Either get faster or hire more wait staff. To be fair we have come back and tried again and the service has been faster. So good for them... and me, and others. For the record the servers name is Sean. Good job Sean!

Went there twice recently. The visit during the week was great. Wings and food were hot and got great service from waitress. Second time was a Friday night. Completely different experience. Same waitress , she was overloaded with tables in the bar area. I blame management for not staffing properly. She could not handle all the tables and when we got our food is was Luke warm.

After being sat down we waited a half hr and no one came by to check on us.. then finally came out after we asked ....it wasnt busy by the way and then the food took another half hr well with an hr lunch we got up and left i didnt eat or pay for the food. The Manger did apoligize but that to me was the worst service ever. We waisted our lunch and had to order in I WILL NEVER RETURN

Tucked away in the Jewel strip mall just East of 83 on 120. Wings wings wings! I have tried the regular & boneless. Both are delicious! They have 20 or more sauces ranging from mild to insanely hot! I like in between & Blazin Asian is my go to. Awesome selection of craft beers. They run good food & drink specials all week. One of my favorite stops in my new hood!

I will never return to this business after hearing someone from the kitchen say F*** THE POLICE. Whats next? Using the N word or other racist terms. Any place that allows an employee to say something like that deserves to go out of business. Do not go to this location, many other wing places around that treat there customers with courtesy and respect.
