The "lady" that others wrote about in their reviews is extremely rude. She has no time for kids and can be very bossy. My husband and I used to eat here a lot, but after two back to back bad experiences here we havent been back! Absolutely do not take your children here, its not family friendly. On top of being told to take our six month old son out of his stroller and leave it at the door the last time we went, the rice was hard! What kind of Chinese restaurant cant cook rice?! Plus who wants to eat while struggling to hold onto and entertain their son? We would always leave a tip, except for the last time, and she would come over a reach across us to take it before we even left the table.

The lady that works there was a total b@$&! She came up and asked me why I had shrimp. She was touching my plate of food I was eating and informed me I was not to eat the shrimp on the buffet line. I informed her it was there I have every right to eat whats up there. She told me I never paid for it to stay out of it. Well that place can go straight to you know what. Ill never go back there again. The staff is rude and I sure dont want someone coming and touching my food while I am eating. Who knows where her nasty hands were. I will be sure to share my experience about this place with people I know. Honestly dont eat there for your health and safety.

Never in my 48 years, traveling 7 of those years every other week for work have I EVER tried to send something back due to it being to tough to cut have I Ever had an Owner or Employees put a Fork in my Food and tell me it is FINE???? Then proceed to do it AGAIN WITH THE SAME FORK!!!!! OMG I seriously think Im dreaming or something??? I can not believe my own eyes... If they will do it right in front of you, just imagine whats going on behind those doors!!!! DONT DO IT AT ANY COST! I will be calling the health department on them tomorrow in the am. Hopefully, they close this place down!!!#

The main lady that works there is super rude. Takes silverware from my friends twin girls and ours plastic down instead without a word... last time we were there she kept telling them to sit down in the booth even though they were standing to eat because they cant reach when sitting. Ridiculous. The girls werent being well behaved too until she started trying to parent them for no reason. Wont be eating here again.

Decided to get Chinese an hour before they close. Needless to say the worst mistake we made. There was 2 adults and 2 children. There was hardly any food on the buffet. The food that was there was cold or hard. Never bothered to ask if there was something we wanted, so instead they chatted other Chinese customers. Then to really top it off they still charged us full price. Will not go back there again.

The customer service felt cold, the food seemed like it had been sitting in the buffet servers since they first added the food to it. The placing of the food items made me very nervous as I am very allergic to shellfish and shellfish items were right next to chicken or beef or pork so as to not take the chance and getting ill I skipped a whole bunch of various items for safety reasons.

The people are so friendly and always clean they also always make sure to make my little girl chocolate milk and bring it fast so that she can have her favorite drink with her food they also always make sure we have plenty to drink and its a grate price for the food

Not a large selection on the buffet though they place small amounts out to keep things fresh and hot. Service had always been great. A favorite in Prairie do Chien.

If you go to eat there, go at 3 when they put fresh dinner stuff out. I would recommend it to anyone. But if its any other time of the day the food is cold :(
