I Called in a pick up order (2 entrees), and asked how long it would take. They told me about 15-20 minutes. I waited 30 minutes before calling back to check on the status of my pick up, and they verified with me that it was ready and that I could come pick it up. Got there, and my order was not even started on, and was asked if I minded waited. This time I did because I had few errands to run. There is obviously some miscommunication issues, because this is the second time that my order wasnt even started on. (I waited the first time, to give them the benefit of the doubt) Its just not being passed along from the person I spoke with on the phone, to the cooks.

A young boy (maybe 12 years old, tops) was working the front-end of the restaurant (taking orders, running the register, etc...). He was very polite. The food was fantastic, as it always is. They are mostly a take-out location (only five tables in the restaurant itself) so their interior is nice, simple, and brightly lit.

It says delivery, yet in less than 5 miles away and they said they could not deliver? Really dropped the ball, in this area could have cornered the market for chinese takeout.
