This restaurant has made me a liar to my friends, family, and acquintances. I used to be able to say that small town America could be found there. The food is amazing, my wife loves it and we go often. Today was different, today I discovered that the customer service at your average McDonalds is better. The owner of the restaurant called me a liar when I told her that the food I ordered was not delivered as ordered. I was offered no replacement and was demanded that it be paid for. For 45 minutes I sat with my wife and friends, my plate untouched, and the waitress avoiding our table except to splash coffee into our cups and onto the table. Would have have done this if she knew she was in the clear. Of course not. In total, I give this restaurants food, when made to the correct order, 5 stars. Customer service, 0 stars. Be warned and hopefully your experience is better than mine.

My best friend and I have been enjoying the delicious Apple Pancake, as well as other great entrees and the cozy atmosphere, for many years!!! We have spent many hours catching up with each other (best done during week, as weekends are busy at the restaurant), and celebrating lifes accomplishments. All over wonderful food, good service, and a comfortable setting! We end our satisfying mealtime with a visit to the adorable gift shop! We always find something unique special that we just cant leave without! Going to Our Kitchen is always a treat!

I have been going to this restaurant since it opened...We have moved and now its a 2 hour one way trip but we go for all of our birthdays...they have T-H-E Best apple pancakes ever! The service is always great!!!... and the store is always full of unusual gift & decorating ideas! If you havent tried their Cashew brittle go for it...take some home because you will be too full from your meal ...its absolutely awesome!

Our Kitchen is awesome. My BFF has been taking me there for years! Breakfast is to die for..flapjacks like Grandma used to make. Homemade everything! You know they gotta be good if they have been around for as long as they have. Paula, our waitress this morning, made our visit extra special! Thanks, Paula for taking g care of the soon to be Mrs. Rash! Cant wait to see all of you again.

Who puts raw green peppers, tomatoes, and onion in an omlet? I opened my omlet and nothing but water was in it. Waitress didnt even attempt to fix the problem. Even after I originally received the wrong omlet in the first place. She seemed to just ignore the problem so we can leave already. Didnt even refill my coffee. Luckily the manger was kinder and more pleasant.

I come here almost daily and I love getting my bacon and eggs, but I know that if I want to switch it up, anything on the menu is good. My only quirk is they dont do substitutions and it can get pretty difficult when I want my french toast AND eggs & bacon.

Very friendly service . Food was not that great for for you are paying . Toast is drenched in butter need to ask for extra napkins .. my eggs, sausage and hash browns were to greassy to eat . I am blaming the cooks
