WORST PLACE EVER. The service has always been slow since they opened. But the straw that broke the Camels back was a 2 parter. Part one we were shown a table and received out coffee 10 minutes later the server took our order. In the mean time of waiting for our food we ran out of coffee, the server took the carafe and never came back with a new one 20 minutes later after all the tables who came in after us were all eating (still no coffee or food at our table) we finally got up to walk out. While leaving we were asked by an in-coming server how our meal was, to which I stated "I would not know". He asked what was wrong and I told him our story of being ignored after giving our order. After stopping to eat elsewhere I came home and reported this to the IHOP web site. The next day the stores general manager called and basically, no she begged me to give her a second chance and that was sending out "Free meal" coupons to bay for our next visit, I gave her my address. She again apologized and said she would send them out ASAP. 4 weeks later I still did not see anything from her or IHOP. I reported this to the web site attached to the reply email for the first report and told them I would NEVER return to to not bother calling.

Went to breakfast with the family. Our credit card was inadvertently left on the table. The next day we realized the card was missing and saw some charges were placed on it fraudulent yay the Walmart behind IHOP and the Speedway a few blocks away. We called IHOP to see if they could give us any info from their cameras as to who took the card. The Assistant Manager Jeff Marshall stated our waitress gave him a paypal credit card from the table. When we said wed come get the card, he stated he didnt have it anymore but couldnt tell us where it went from his hands! We told him we know charges were made on it fraudulently. He then got an attitude saying its not his responsibility to keep track of our card! Being he was handed it, I would think it was his responsibility to put it in a safe place waiting for our return. He is an ignorant, irresponsible member of their management team! He wouldnt even give us his boss name when asked! We had to call up there later to get that info. Beware of this location! Only pay cash! They changed their policy to where you pay the waitress and not up front any more! If you pay by credit card, watch your statements for fraudulent charges!

I havent been to.IHOP in years but my kids really wanted to try it out. The waitress and staff were super friendly and nice. However I couldnt believe the prices for a chain breakfast place. I usually dont buy breakfast but I would rather go to a place like Lumes where the quality and food is more fresh. I might be back if there was. Special or I had a coupon cause my kids loved it.

Are you kidding me IHOP? A kids meal (it says 12 years and under) with only 4 little kip nuggets and a pouch of apple sauce?!!! And that for $4.99? Im glad we ordered a huge side of fries for my son, 10 years old. Too expensive and small meals, also for adults. Kids drinks are charged separately. The good thing is that the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I came here for breakfast with my boyfriend, and it was our server that made me give it a two stars. She didnt pay attention to anything we wanted and she talked so fast as if she was trying to predict what we wanted before we said it. Then she forgot things that we had asked for, so it was kind of a frustrating experience.
