The manager was talking about how the fryer, grill, and ice machine were broken in front of customers, and saying how they dont get fixed, and about how dirty the back kitchen was. They were also talking about other employees in a disrespectful manner. The root beer tap is mostly foam and the establishment is not one I would recommend.

This A&W always rocks! Great service and great food. The manager is always friendly and treats his customers well. Well trained and friendly staff. Always a favorite when we stay in the Oconto Falls area.

The food was okay, but we waited in the drive through for 30 min! That is not an exaggeration! We were parked in and couldnt get out! 30 min for mediocre food when we were in a hurry was not okay.
