Not very good. Missing food items that were paid for and then when I tried to call for about 6 hours afterward, I kept getting the fax machine. When I finally got a hold of someone, I was informed that I would receive my missing item the next time I came in, but no offer of anything else and no apology for the missing food item. Each time I go to either Shawano or New London, there is something wrong with the order, food missing, or I am given someone elses order. Really is frustrating that for those those in the rural areas that we have no choice but to go to these less than desirable places because we do like the food. Although with the prices continuing to increase as they are, taco bell is getting to the point where they are no longer affordable for the family, even when choosing the meal deals.

I did not think the order was that complicated, 4 hard shell taco supremes & 2 soft shell taco supremes, all w/jalapenos. $12.89 for 6 tacos. get home all reg. tacos. Okay, Ill go back. Trip #2 Clerk was confused by the jalapenos, I offered to make it simple, just get me 6 taco supremes, Okay, we should be good, he comes back with jalapeños in a bag to go w/the order, order comes, decide to check while im there, sure enough reg tacos again. There will be NO trip to taco bell again!!! AND THESE ARE THE PEOPLE WHO WANT $15.00 AN HOUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the food is taco bell food so the taste is good, its the service and the messing up the orders that pisses me off! just got home opened my food and its all wrong AGAIN! this is the 4th time at this same taco bell that they messed up my food! no tomatoes means NO TAMATOES!!! I have a reaction that is itchy and painful rash like from eating plain tomatoes. so now I have to sit here and pick all of them out also I ordered 2 nacho with cheese and got maybe 1/2 cups of cheese not even enough to eat all my nachos with! I AM NOT HAPPY!!!

Most of the time the food is good and fresh. But almost everytime we go there they mess our order up and put things on our food that we didnt ask for. We live in Shawano and we went there often until we went there and the man that was working the drive-thru inturrupted me non-stop by saying "and then", all i have to say is we will NEVER go to Shawano Taco Bell Again!!

I gave them a two start as I was impressed they got my LG order correct. However, the comment of Zachary F was extremely rude and uncalled for. I feel as though he was calling me FAT or making fun of heavy set people. This is not the first time some one from this T.B. has done or said something that has made me feel insulted.

One of the best taco bells Ive been too. Food was served very fast and was hot and fresh. The staff that was there that day was excellent. The check out guy was very polite, and the lady cleaning tables was extremely helpful. Would stop there again next time I go through that area.
