Nothing against the counter or window staff, Ive gotten nothing but courteous, friendly service...but this place is the home of the steakless xxl grilled stuft "steak" burrito. This is a trend with Taco Bells everywhere it seems. Many restaurants advertise one thing and sell another but Taco Bell is one of the worst offenders. You can pretty much expect an abundance of sour cream, cheese, beans, etc. (the cheap condiments) on any item and a scarcity of whatever meat you thought you ordered. Is this a corporate mandate? If so, it isnt smart for business. Im done. Ive eaten my last meatless blob of sour cream wrapped in a tortilla. Do yourself a favor and go eat a la carte at your local authentic Mexican restaurant. Its literally just as cheap per weight and youll actually be eating some protein for a change.

I dont eat Mexican food except for at taco bell. The only 2 things that I am not happy with are that it is so much more expensive than it used to be and how much the different stores vary on the proper amount of cheese and sour cream that you get. It seems that there is either no set amount or they are trying to make more money by serving a taco with 18 shreds of cheese and only finding the teaspoon of sour cream when you get to the center of the taco. I will still eat there but I dont like to have to pay for extra cheese for it to have enough. It shouldnt take $30 to feed 3 people that consists of a grown man, his wife who doesnt eat much and a 9 year old boy who only gets a taco, meximelt and a cheese roll up. Remember when a taco was about 69¢?

Ordered food last night. According to Ashley they were out of Mild Sauce!!! Really??? How does that happen? Jess apologized for the inconvenience. Poor customer service is not acceptable. ALSO they got my order wrong!!!! Come on Taco Bell Ocean Springs, get it together. No excuse just poor management.

I spent $21 today.I noticed that I only had a little of cheddar cheese on my 2 Nachos so I asked them to put a little more on them for me and they had the nerves to ask me for 50 cents additional for each Nacho!I politely to the no thanks and walked out!I had at least a 8 to 10 minutes wait at that!

Need to learn how to distribute things their food better. Had a hardshell taco and it had aton off guacamole on it. Had a burrito suppream also and be doing good if it had a squirt in one end. Want eat there again in ocean springs.

They are not the quickest on delivery unless the person reviewing the place is present. ..then they are awesome. Otherwise dont go if lunch time and in a hurry. Little skimpy on filling on the items, but always hot.

Generally good service and dont mess up your order. The only real downfall to this one is they are slow to fix your food. But since they dont mess it up cant complain to much.

I usually go during my lunch hour and pick from the carry out. Even with long lines, the service is quick, the staff is polite and friendly, and my order is always correct.
