The food was lovely, slightly inventive, and full of honesty flavor. Most of the menu items seems quite reasonably priced (with a few exceptions). A very complete offering of breakfast players with a smaller selection of salsa and sandwiches. Looks to be larger than I had expected, with a back indoor-esque patio. The fried green tomato BLT was awesome. Id recommend getting a fried egg on there as well. And with a salad and potatoes, it was more filling than I had expected. The service was friendly, but almost too efficient, as I felt that greater attention wasnt given to all tables. Our server checked on, but in passing only. Also, if I wanted to order a drink and never asked. Sitting in the back patio area left much to be desired for comfort. It felt somewhat cramped, and my legs hit the bracing on the table anytime I scooted my chair in. In all, I would return, with the goal to try more of the menu, and ignore the small server shortcomings we experienced this first trip.

Before we ventured out to find a good breakfast place in the Lake Geneva area, we read the reviews of the other diners and restaurants and this one was rated consistently well. So we decided to go. There is a very simple reason why there arent any mediocre or average experiences at this place. Its simply very well managed, with the most attentive and friendly staff, and great food. Ended up going Sat & Sun and received top notch service both days. Sun was a bit busier and there was a bit of a wait (30 min) but thats to be expected. The service was even better on Sun! The bus boys were literally sprinting to clear tables to seat the next guests. I thought that was really impressive. Seemed like a very well oiled machine. Food came out quick and delicious. Highly recommended.

Egg Harbor Cafe in Lake Geneva has a broad selection of very delicious breakfast foods. Because of this they are usually busy and a wait of 20 minutes or so is normal. Our server was very nice and knew the menu very well, and was able to offer delicious customization tips to enhance our order. The coffee had a unique aromatic flavor and was the best Ive had at any café. This is a must your in the area and looking for breakfast at a reasonable price. The only thing I can complain about was the cramped space but it would never deter me from eating here.

Usually love it here....today was a bad experience. Waitress rolled her eyes when we were seated and then took 10 minutes to come to our table. Never returned, not once....we went up and got our check....which we waited in front of 6 people including management for another 5 minutes and had to ask them for it. After having our check corrected because the Waitress was so irritated and got it all wrong, I went to pay with a credit card and evidently inconvenienced them because they had a new system. Wont go back customers are not cared for at all.

Absolutely LOVE Egg Harbor! The food is fantastic, I have a bit of a sweet tooth so I always enjoy their cinnamon roll french toast. The wait staff is incredibly knowledgeable and do a wonderful job of recommending menu items based on a diners palate preferences. I also love that they serve Orchid Island Juice Companys Natalies Orange Juice. As a native of Vero Beach, FL Its wonderful to get a taste of home. If youre a discerning OJ lover give this place a try!

Absolutely wonderful food. My wife loves the Key West Crepes and my favourite is the San Antonio Skillet. The flavour of the day coffee offers a wide variety of different coffees each better than the other. The Mocha Java also is not only great tasting but beautiful to look at as well. My wife and I even travel to get here. We woke up one morning and drove an hour and a half just to get breakfast. The staff is awesome too.

I came to egg harbor with my family for the first time thinking it would be a great breakfast and when we got there they set us at a table and didnt serve us for at lest 20 min but served the other tables that where around us they didnt even offer us anything to drink I would understand if it was a busy day but It wasnt I think it was because of our skin color. Im really upset with the service they have .

So glad we found this place. Awesome coffee, the quinoa skillet + bacon was fabulous and filling; exactly the kind of food I like. While husband was able to get the Aztec omelette, also fabulous and filling; exactly the kind of food he likes. Excellent service, charming atmosphere. Will definitely go back! The most difficult thing about this place is choosing what to order; so many tempting options!

Food was good and there was a lot of it. Not much on the menu for kids (everything was pretty fancy or filled with flavors most kids dont like, like whole wheat pancakes or something other than plain grape jelly). My son is also allergic to eggs so there wasnt much on the menu for him. I had the prime rib skillet, it was heavenly.

The experience was awesome at this place. Their coffee is a medium to dark roast type of coffee and it was delish. I had the butcher omellet and have to say you will not be disappointed. The service there is perfect and welcoming. Breakfast is an important part of ones day and have to say this is a good place to get your day started at.

Cute place. Had both breakfast and lunch fares. There were four of us and we went twice, so a total of eight different meals. Everything we had was super fresh, lots of flavor. Staff is very accommodating. Only open until 2 but get this...you can get lunch anytime, which I think is brilliant.

It was good. If you are in the area and need breakfast, this is where to go. The wait staff was friendly, even though we were grouches. My wife was not grouchy but I was for sure. The food was good too. Most importantly, they just leave a carafe of coffee. Drink all you want with no waiting.

Eggs Benedict was good. Ive had better hollandaise but it was enjoyable. My wife had the chorizo skillet and enjoyed it. Flavored coffee was excellent. They even give coffee to go which is unique and a nice touch. We havent found a better breakfast place in Lake Geneva.

This place has really good food! The service was fantastic and the food came fast and hot! It is clean and has a nice country feeling. Best breakfast in town! I am local and am so glad there is finally a restaurant like this in town. I will definitely be coming back!

Great food and cute atmosphere. If its winter time, I suggest sitting inside and not in the heated dining. Its still chilly in there. But during the summer, sit out in the patio. It overlooks the parking lot but its a cool place to sit and enjoy a delicious meal.

Food is decent. Had an egg and cheese omelette that was slathered in cheese, but was pretty bland otherwise. Potatos were okay, but a bit overcooked. The kid special of banana chocolate chip pancakes was good. Service was fast and friendly. Overall a good place.
