If I was not there, I would not believe this story. But if there was a rating below poor, I would give this restaurant that. The food was on par for an IHOP, except for what was laughingly presented as a "Milkshake". It may have been a milkshake at some point, but it arrived at the table as little more than shaken milk. The restaurant was busy, We came as a large group (12-14 patrons), and I suspect that the automatic 15% Gratuity for tables above 6 was the reason for the poor service we received. Our orders were entered wrong and arrived wrong, late, incomplete, or not at all. The waitstaff was incompetent and (unfortunately) illiterate, as was the managerial staff. An argument arose when we attempted to pay our bill (Policy states that bills will not be split on weekends or holidays). We informed the manager that we would be using cash and credit and he misunderstood that we were attempting to split it. Instead of listening and attending to us as paying customers, he was rude and argued with us. As we were leaving, a female of our party informed him of the well-known policy that "The customer is always right." The manager continued to argue, and our guest told him that at that point he needed to just shut up. He returned that she should shut up. A male our group defended her, curse-words were exchanged between that individual and the manager, and we were asked to leave. In fact we were forced to leave. We were charged out of the restaurant by the burly manager, who chased after the male in our group in full view of everyone else in the restaurant and the camera positioned above the register. He spouted expletives, made threatening and offensive gestures, and yelled at the top of his lungs. This behavior, provoked as it might have been, is inexcusable for a restaurant manager, particularly in front of a house packed with patrons. We will never return to this restaurant and do not advise anyone else to. There are much better restaurants in the area, where you will receive much better service and much better quality food. Go here at your own risk, but be warned: Your waiter may ignore you, ruin your order, and very nearly ruin your day. That is on top of being yelled at and cursed by the management for complaining. Bon Appetit, indeed.

We have been here several times in the last few months and the service has never been great but today was a complete joke. We were seated at a dirty table with no menus then immediately asked for our drink orders. I responded with "Menus would be great to see our options" 10 min later we got out menus and 10 min after that our drink and food orders were taken. We are already 20 mins deep at this point. When our drinks were brought I was told my childs filled to the brim chocolate milk would not have a lid bc they were out. And she only brought 1 straw for a table of 3 and said shed be right back with the other 2. We did not see here for over 15 min and I finally asked a different waitress for the straw. My childs soup was brought to the table at this point. He was completely finished with his soup and I was beyond irritated looking around for our completely absent waitress. After about 20 min I decided it was time to go as our chicken sandwich and burger were still not out and waitress was nowhere to be found. She finally popped out of nowhere looking more confused than ever and I asked for the check for the soup bc we were leaving. She tried to say 10 min and I said no. She went to the back and we were waiting at the register when she came back out to tell us 5 min, I told her not acceptable and she hands me a check with items pen crossed off and tells me to tell the lady "who will be with us shortly" to correct it. Well that shortly wasnt short enough and I did the math roughly in my head and $12 and the check was left by the register. This place is an absolute joke and the manager was a hot mess. Swearing and joking around, sitting with a group of guests who loudly came in to the restaurant and made it very known they worked at a different location. A manager of a food establishment should not be walking around with her eyes so squinted she cant see with a bic lighter hanging from her belt loop. Not acceptable management material in my eyes and it shows thru her employees and the level of service, or should I say not service. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK

Today was our first and last. We buried my father in law today. Spent 4 hours in the E.R and needed time to just chill and relax for a minute. We chose this IHOP to eat and relax before our four and half hour drive back to Chilton, Wisconsin. Our visit.. was rediculous. After my food was brought to me cold, the wait staff and cooks started telling and screaming at each other using foul language. There were 14 guests at this time. One family a mother of three young children under the age 7 looked at me and made a comment about " how the language was inappropriate for a family restaurant. I responded back " it reminds me of bar rescue". It got louder as we sat there. I got up walked behind the wall and suggested that they stop arguing and swearing that this was a family restaurant and we can hear them arguing. They split up but the workers wouldnt accept the responsibility of them being in the wrong. Ms. Ginger thought her little head Bob and the rolling of her eyes was appropriate to show me during the employee craziness. As she walked towards the bathroom under her breath she was mimicking me. When she returned Ms Ginger and another Gentleman from the back decided as I was on the phone with customer service that they would take it upon themselves to swear, call me names, and mimick me behind the cheap half wall that separates the grill from the dining area. My fiance got up and tried to stop their disrespectful behavior towards me but he too was bad mouthed. I dont believe all the time that the customer is always right. But today the EMPLOYEES WERE DEFINATELY IN THE WRONG and never took responsibility of their misactions.

First time coming here. Employees are too loud and obnoxious. Playing around in front of the Customer while we eat. Talking out loud in their kitchen that we could hear everything. Complaining to eachother about co-workers and damn cursing loudly saying go the hell out of here to eachother. Whole place was quiet and we could not even enjoy our food. I asked for a cup of water and the waitress kept coughing in her hand, ✋, she left and i heard her scooping ice into the glass then filling it with water, and the same time still coughing! she brought my water with same hand she coughed on. !Disgusting! My fiance order the chicken fajita omelette, and had couple of small pieces of Chicken, all eggs...and then nothing they can do about it.. Never Coming Back Here!! Worst experience ever!!!
