Okay, I just made a Google+ account just so I could review this place, which was really annoying. BUT, I really cannot say enough good things about this place. Its all about the food. Hands down, the best pulled pork, smoked chicken, and ribs Ive EVER HAD. An assortment of delicious sauces including my favorite, Carolina style. Until today I thought I would have to travel to the deep south to get BBQ like this, but here it is, sitting in a little hole in the wall place in Bay View. Freakin delicious, a must try. If you want ribs however, I would suggest calling ahead, even a few hours ahead, because they go FAST.

Stopped by today while looking for something near Grant Park and was not disappointed. Its a pretty unassuming place with a small parking lot and no indoor seating but the food is outstanding. The pulled pork was very tender and flavorful, the whole wheat bun had a great flavor, and the sauce was awesome. The potato salad is one of the better ones Ive had and the staff was friendly. Its probably a good thing I dont live closer or I would be there a few times a week. I highly recommend this place and will be back to try out some other things.

I just stopped in here for the first time yesterday just to check it out. Well the second I took the first whiff of the delicious smoke smell I knew I was going to have to get some meat. My girlfriend and I decided on a half rack of ribs. They were possibly the best ribs I have ever eaten in my entire life. The spice rub that he uses is out of this world and the ribs had a deep smoke ring and fell off the bone. I give this place a 10/10 and I will be going back soon since my mouth is watering just thinking about how delicious it was!

Its good - Ill go back. I had the pulled pork sandwich. The bun was fresh, and the pork was delicious. I wasnt too happy with the bbq sauce they included on the side. It tasted good, but was too runny and made the bun soggy. Otherwise, I would have rated 5 stars. The beans are intense! Its a meal in itself.. I wanted to try their slaw, but was given potato salad instead. Not a big deal, the potato salad is pretty good too. Ill try the slaw next time.

Absolutely AWESOME! The seasoning on the ribs is succulent. Very well smoked. LOTs of meat, that fell off the bones. The kielbasa of my kielbasa sandwich was actually smoked! Four distinctly different sauces - I look forward to figuring out which one is best on which meat. Nice variety of meats; pork, ribs, chicken, and a nice variety of sides. PSA; this is carry out only, not a sit-down restaurant. They give out plastic fork & knives.

I tried it yesterday for the first time - The staff are very friendly. Pulled Pork and Slaw were excellent. It would be nice if they had a table inside - They are set up for carry out only. They were nice enough to let me eat lunch inside on a very cold day. Its not a great place to grab lunch unless you have a place to take it and eat it. Very good and clean!

First time getting carry out. Had family tailgate with the shredded beef and a whole rack of ribs, smoked beans and chips for sides. And all the sauces. Everything was done to perfection and so delishous. Fed our family of 5. We added sticky rice and papiya salad. Family of 3 teenage boys and 2 adults all full and happy.

Im use to having bbq from the south. Ive been to Arthur Bryants in KC, Fox Bros. in Atlanta, Smoque in Chicago, Starnes in Paducah, and many more. This BBQ is seriously right up there with them. I was VERY surprised.

Awesome bbq. Staff is great, very knowledgeable about what they offer. Worth stopping if youre in the area, and even if you arent, go anyway. There isnt any better bbq in Milwaukee.

Great authentic slow smoked BBQ. Best in the area, good prices. Small carry out place, can get full quickly but you can easily phone ahead and itll be ready for you.
