Ordered for delivery on a Sunday at 5:15pm, was told it would arrive at my doorstep within an hour, called at 6:15 when my food was M.I.A. I was told by the girl who answered the phone that my food was not even out for delivery, so I asked to speak to the manager, which ended up being the owner, and he corrected his employee and told me the food left 5 minutes ago and was on its way. (this was a blatant lie) when 7:00 rolled around and my food still had not arrived I gave the owner another call and asked where my food was. He stuck to his story that it had left around 6:10. I live less than 3 miles away from the BBQ Pit, it does not take 50 minutes to get there from my house. So I told him that he needed to give me 50% off of the bill or I will reject the food, plain and simple 2 hours for delivery is unacceptable. He responded to my request by telling me I was being unreasonable and offered me $10 off of the bill nothing more nothing less. I told him to take the food and stick it up his butt and that he had lost a 5+ year loyal customer. He didnt seem to be bothered much by that. I think with the REAL URBAN BBQ which had recently opened down the street and has better food but dont deliver, the owner of the BBQ Pit is rattled and took his anger out on me, the customer. You all are liars!! We just went to this place after seeing the 4/5 and 12 person review, and it sucked asz! And nobody wants to suck nasty tasting asz. Anyway, one guy had the St. Louis "falling off the bone" ribs which were welded together and heat treated to the plate. Another guy had the baby back ribs... well baby take those sons of bitches back! And I had the Texas Briscuit... all I got to say is kill yo self if you like that. The only happy customer was the guy who ate nothing because of his fasting diet. But this $#!t was better than Iron Skillet restaurant!

Everyone, especially the owner/manager, is rude, unfriendly, and tends to ignore their customers...oh, and dont forget the cold food which comes out lukewarm, takes over 45 minutes to 1 hour to be prepared, even when only 1 family of 4 people are the ONLY people in the dang place, and the cooks get every order wrong!!! Overpriced, bad food, terrible service. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! You have been warned!

Food was delicious and hot! I placed a carryout order lastnight of 3 entrees of baby back ribs & 1 surf n turf entree (shrimp & ribs). The gentleman had my order prepared before I got there. Awesome customer service. My 1st time ordering with them.

I order the bbq shrimp and Saint Louis ribs the food was horrible the shrimp was over cooked it was like rubber and the ribs were like leather I will never order from this place again for the price you pay I expect etable fold not garbage
