Dont be fooled by the plain exterior and lack of flash. This is one Guy Fieti should feature on diners drivins and dives. The staff was very friendly to some obvious out of town travelers (us). The brisket was super with great flavor and not dry. Pulled pork had awesome bark on it. Spicy chicken sandwich was spicy enough to make my teenager call uncle, despite the fact that he doesnt usually blink at anything hot. Glad we stumbled across this via our smart phones while traveling.

I dont give 5 stars its rare. As a trucker I travel everywhere. This place blows any Kansas City BBQ out of the water. The brisket and pulled pork is perfectly smoked with a robust flavor. The Mac salad is rich and creamy. And most important thing the sweet tea is a must! Brovo Just loved it! The price is good and portions are good.

I am a truck driver and have been to bbq joints all over this country and I have to say this one has moved to the top of my list... pulled pork, brisket and ribs were perfect!!! Dont forget to try the cornbread, amazing!!!

My wife and I have eaten here several times and it is as good as it gets when it comes to Princeton restaurants. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, no matter what time of the day it is delicious.
